Yep, it’s the Russia/KGB embedment of QP usage in a commercial system – actually to test our scientists (and other Western scientists) to see if they have any notion of technology using QP and multiply-connected space to instantly communicate anywhere (and transfer energy instantly between any two points, regardless of how widely separated). The Fogal chip, e.g., demonstrates that capability as rigorously demonstrated in testing by several different laboratories. And all it has gotten Bill is a ruthless suppression, one from a VERY high level just three or four months ago.

 

Ah well! It seems our own scientific community remains with its head firmly buried in the sand, in the ostrich position. On QP things, and also on “energy from the vacuum” things.
