Subject: RE: Questions for Mr. Bearden

Dear Mr. D****

When you take a static voltage source (a pure electrical dipole) and connect the external circuit to the poles, then the voltage travels down through space around the wires in the external circuit, at near light speed.

If you have previously "pinned" the electrons in that external circuit, say for a millisecond, then there is absolutely no current, yet the voltage still travels and potentializes the circuit.

Voltage V is DEFINED as Joules of EM energy W collectable by an intercepting/interacting coulomb of charge q. That's V = W/q. So that means that W = Vq, in that potentialized circuit where no current is yet flowing.

The ENERGY in a circuit is transmitted via the voltage, NOT by the current at all.

Now that you have the external circuit potentialized while the current is still not flowing (i.e., is still pinned), then you switch away the static voltage source and switch in a diode and resistor across that gap in the external circuit.

You now have an external circuit, fully potentialized, and current can flow normally as soon as "unpinning" occurs.

Now as the electrons are unpinned, current flows in a normal loop, delivering FREE POWERING of the load for a bit, until this now-symmetrical circuit has automatically killed its own source dipolarity.

They you switch it again.

Take a wee bit of power from the load end to pay for your switching and control costs. You reduce your free load power output just a wee bit, but now your switching and control are "freely" powered.

So potentialize statically to a suddenly pinned circuit. Switch away the potentializing source, recompleting the circuit as stated. And you get some more free power in the load.

You can do this as long as you wish.

Any electrical engineering department in any good university that CANNOT do this little trick, needs to go back to square one and get some new professors.

A good search of the literature will yield several ways the "temporary pinning" can be done. If all else fails, just make the conductors in the external circuit of 2% iron alloyed into aluminum wire. That will give you almost a millisecond of pinning.

Note that "pinning" is not my concept, and neither is "static potentialization". Both have been known for some time.

For the other question: Get out of electrical engineering. It's the CAUSE of the problem, not the solution.

E.g., in the hard physics literature, rigorous proof that eliminating the arbitrary Lorentz condition provides systems having free additional energy currents from the vacuum and the ability to use this energy is given by M. W. Evans et al., "Classical Electrodynamics without the Lorentz Condition: Extracting Energy from the Vacuum," Physica Scripta, Vol. 61, 2000, p. 513-517.

Quoting from p. 513 of Evans:

"It is shown that if the Lorentz condition is discarded, the Maxwell-Heaviside field equations become the Lehnert equations, indicating the presence of charge density and current density in the vacuum. The Lehnert equations are a subset of the O(3) Yang-Mills field equations. Charge and current density in the vacuum are defined straightforwardly in terms of the vector potential and scalar potential, and are conceptually similar to Maxwell's displacement current, which also occurs in the classical vacuum. A demonstration is made of the existence of a time dependent classical vacuum polarization which appears if the Lorentz condition is discarded. Vacuum charge and current appear phenomenologically in the Lehnert equations but fundamentally in the O(3) Yang-Mills theory of classical electrodynamics. The latter also allows for the possibility of the existence of vacuum topological magnetic charge density and topological magnetic current density. Both O(3) and Lehnert equations are superior to the Maxwell-Heaviside equations in being able to describe phenomena not amenable to the latter. In theory, devices can be made to extract the energy associated with vacuum charge and current."

Actually in 1892 -- before the birth of electrical engineering itself --- Lorentz arbitrarily symmetrized the Heaviside equations precisely to eliminate those remaining asymmetrical systems that had been uncovered by Tesla, which would have been systems which allowed COP>1.0 and also -- with the addition of clamped positive feedback -- the self-powering of a circuit. Lorentz was elicited to do this at the specific will of J. P. Morgan, who was in the process of destroying Tesla.

Tesla had discovered asymmetrical circuits and systems -- systems which could indeed extract and use excess EM energy "from the active medium". See my website for direct quotes from Tesla showing this, and showing his hell-bent intention to give the world free energy. So Morgan had the remaining "energy freely from the active medium" Tesla systems removed from the Heaviside equations (which were to be used to set up the new "electrical engineering" to be taught in all the universities).

Now the question is: Had Tesla actually discovered asymmetrical Maxwellian systems that could be used to produce COP>1.0 and self-powering without consuming any material fuel at all? The answer is emphatically yes.

For the rigorous proof, see T. W. Barrett, "Tesla's Nonlinear Oscillator-Shuttle-Circuit (OSC) Theory," Annales de la Fondation Louis de Broglie, 16(1), 1991, p. 23-41. Barrett rigorously shows that EM expressed in quaternions (almost exactly Maxwell's original theory!) allows shuttling and storage of potentials in circuits, and also allows additional EM functioning of a circuit that a conventional EM analysis cannot reveal. He shows that Tesla's patented circuits did exactly this.

Note that Barrett is a renowned electrodynamicist and one of the co-founders of ultrawideband radar -- which itself cannot be done by "electrical engineering" at all.

That should answer your questions.

The problem is one of PHYSICS, not one of ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING. After Lorentz's deliberate and horrible mutilation and crippling of electrical engineering, EE has been the CAUSE of the world's energy crisis, not its "solution".

Best wishes,

Tom Bearden
