The procedure is to change only a relatively small volume of the local vacuum. In that way, one can unhappen the bad stuff, without affecting the good stuff. Indeed, if done correctly and mildly, it can also reverse at least part of the aging process to that date. That also improves the patient. Of course, as with anything else, this entire area cries out for a comprehensive research team, including all the necessary disciplines (biologists, quantum field theorists, medical researchers, the works). But hopefully our scientific medical community will pick it up and form the necessary comprehensive team, to look not only at standard biology and chemistry but also at the precursor engineering aspects. The Russians of course have used it for weapons that can deliberately generate a specific disease, as witness the 50 years of "microwave" radiation of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. But it doesn't have to be applied to hurt or harm people. It can jolly well be used to dramatically improve them and help them. Ha! In my own case, a bit of that kind of developed science would be most welcome. If all those years of internal terrible damage from the BW mycoplasma could be "unhappened", I would be cured and back to a normal human being again. And of course, the potential for reversing and "curing" any and all of our dread diseases, at least eventually, should be of the greatest importance to a giant leap forward in our medical science. And it could help people and save lives worldwide, cheaply, cleanly, and easily. That's where I hope our medical research scientists will take it. Best wishes,

experiments would there be danger to disruption of water
molecules in human or other biosystems, especially the experimenters
