That was Fogal, after one series of experiments he did. But he clammed up after that, on that aspect, and basically just would not further discuss it. I do know he was really awestruck at that time, by what he had done and seen.

I think your words were along the lines of "he (the owner of the technology) said it (looking backwards in time) looks like nothing you can imagine."

Then we chatted a bit about the implications of the machine/ technology being freely available, i.e. control group usage, cheating husbands etc. etc.
