Sweet still had a secret (may have been use of a center-tapped biwound coil) that he never revealed, that is necessary in order to get a good activation that lasts indefinitely so long as there is no severe disturbance. All other modes achieve an initial activation, that then either slowly or rapidly dies away.

In EFV you postulate that Sweet's conditioning process for his magnets probably centered around difference frequency conditioning using larger above threshold ratios, where the two frequencies actually transmitted would have resulted in chaotic oscillations.  The video shows him using just one frequency as I recall.

Do you still subscribe to this viewpoint?
