Also, please be aware that the U.S. Secretary of Defense, William Cohen, publicly confirmed the use of "electromagnetic weapons", when answering questions from his presentation at a conference in Georgia. He stated:
At least 10 nations now have such weapons (the old scalar interferometers) in one form or another. Some Western nations have them, as does China, Brazil, and others. Even the Japanese Mafia (the Yakuza) has had them since they leased the operational use of some of the large strategic Russian scalar interferometers on site in Russia in latter 1989. Beginning in 1990, that rogue team on site there took over responsibility for most of the weather engineering etc. over North America. Shot down a few aircraft and other things as well. The Yakuza/Aum Shinrikyo also carried the technology back to Japan and now have limited facilities of their own for producing such weapons. Note that this IS NOT the Japanese government, which is not involved in that. If you haven't realized that the Yakuza is a major power in Japan, and in all major Japanese companies (and increasingly in the U.S. oriental communities as well), simply do a bit of Googling on the net; there are some good articles on it. During the so-called "Cold" war and continuing today, there has been and is sparring between various groups and nations, creating incidents and exchanges involving these weapons. The uneasy "peace" such as it is (it's actually a state of perpetual war, with "insertion" playing a leading role) that we think we have now, is enforced by availability of "superweapons" in the hands of five nations (a sixth is closing fast, if not already there), and by the former insertion of nuclear weapons into the cities and population centers of the antagonists. The world is actually a giant powder keg waiting to blow up rather violently, and there are many groups now that are not "rational" opponents such as were the Soviets. Some of these would just as soon blow up the world as blink an eye, and they are also striving to obtain the means to do it. All sorts of groups and even some nations are also engaged in various things such as international terrorism, special interest warfare, large-scale conditioning of populaces, etc. In the United States, e.g., we are one of the most propagandized people on earth; it's done by the tone and tenor of the advertising and our entertainment industry. Look at that mess on national TV! Mostly sex and violence, including the most mindless kind of violence, in great graphic detail. The notion seems to be to desensitize the children to violent murder, great chaotic violence, etc. A child these days has "witnessed" in gory detail more than 20,000 gruesome murders by the time he or she is an adult. We actually see mass "displacement" activity now in populaces, as well as overly aggressive defensive postures. Some of the weaponry that has come out of the old Soviet energetics now boggles the human mind. Some of these energetics weapons (the psychoenergetics branch) are directly against the human mind, personality, and life itself. The nature of those weapons and their functioning is so alien to the Western psychology and ansatz that most Westerners -- including our scientists and our political leaders -- cannot even tolerate thinking along such lines, much less comprehending that these weapons are deployed and already being used against us in a slow, steady, increasing "boa constrictor" fashion. The result will be (and is slowly being already) a gradual increase in the intensity and fierceness of the polarizations between various groups -- gay versus straight, democrat versus republican, labor against management, one race against another, etc. The notion seems to be to -- within the next 3 years to 5 years -- increase the polarizations until the resulting responses spill over as riots and blood in the streets. In short, the intent is to gradually have our society "consume itself", more and more, until it accomplishes its own self-destruction and anarchy. Also, please be aware of the "entourage" phenomenon. In any powerful organization and around any powerful leader, there arises an "entourage" of powerful men who wield the power and carry out the actual operations. Usually about 11% of the "power entourage" have their own agendas and axes to grind. They continually form their own links, lateral groups outside and among the vertical organizations, etc. as "conspiracies" or "groups and tasks of convenience". In short, there is not just "one" conspiracy; at any moment there are dozens. And that applies in every large human organization, be it political, religious, lay, or whatever. It's actually the result of the old species game of "primate dominance" -- who is going to be the big monkey. In the face of modern and ultramodern technology and mass destruction weapons, behaviorally we are still no better than a big bunch of monkeys. As the power of the tools and weapons increases, the power of the manipulators in the entourages, struggling to be the "big monkeys", also increases. If one describes this mess as a vast set of rather independent servomechanism systems, without effective centralized control and order, but with all sorts of competing and self-adjusting systems and action, and with multiple fingers on multiple "control switches", one describes a system which constantly engages in "clashes" or "collisions". In short, one can just use the statistics of heated random molecular systems, as a first approximation. In this case, the "temperature" is the state of the art of the technology -- and with the continuing development of the technology, the temperature is steadily increasing. Hence the frequency of collisions and their average intensity continually increase also. We are describing a system on the way to its own self-eruption and/or violent self-explosion. The harder the holding and containment temporarily, the greater the temperature reached before venting. Hence the greater the power of the resulting explosion. In short, the "chain reaction" threshold is reached and breached. That principle, e.g., is widely employed in nuclear weaponry technology. So the society and world we live in, is simply going to erupt and explode. The only real questions are such as how violent the eruption(s) will be or become, will we have lots of "smaller eruptions" with resulting destruction and decay of segments, will this thing reach a "major explosion" that destroys all humankind or most of it, etc. Ironically, it is closely parallel to the notion of technologically tickling volcanoes into eruption (a capability confirmed by the U.S. Secretary of Defense, and also confirmed to be ongoing). For volcano eruptions, one confronts the question of the magnitudes of the individual eruptions, their damages, etc. Then one confronts the caldera problem. If, e.g., a violent eruption of the major caldera at Yellowstone Park is triggered, the results could devastate all of North America, and even threaten most of the earth with severe damage and death to species. Such caldera and the results of their devastating eruption are in the literature, and easily seen by a little Googling on the web. Now the various nations and groups -- referred to obliquely by SecDef Cohen -- who have the scalar interferometry weapons are also well aware of caldera and the great opportunity for "a weapon of mass destruction" such a caldera in a targeted nation offers. Just recently, there have been several "earthquakes" steadily converging in on the Yellowstone caldera region. To an old artilleryman like me, it certainly seems that someone (Yakuza, most probably) is now zeroing a weapon right on that caldera. In short, someone such as the Yakuza is reaching the capability of destroying the entire United States with a single shot. Note there are other well-known caldera on earth, in various nations. So well-registered scalar interferometer weapons, where the weaponry group is sufficiently determined and reckless, can in fact very readily destroy entire nations or groups of them -- and possibly even most of the higher forms of life on the planet. This is the real nature of the kind of world and situation we live in. And it is just a SINGLE EXAMPLE. It is a very sobering time to be alive, raising and caring for one's family, etc. The power of the technological weapons of the technological (tool-using) species has now grown to where Spaceship Earth itself is in danger, as is all humankind. And fueling the fire and the ever-increasing temperature is the same old primate dominance and "who's going to be the big monkey". I hope the Creator has a strong and very ironic sense of humor. This is a heck of a state for our free will to have taken us to. But here we are, like it or not. One hesitates to use the sometimes overworked term "Armageddon", but something like Armageddon seems to be increasingly where we have arrived at, or are just arriving at. The "big monkeys" of the world and the hate-mongering fanatics now have sufficient firepower in their hands to do the entire thing in, or very close to it. Since big monkey manipulators and hate-mongering fanatics do not change, the outlook is -- to put it mildly -- very poor. It is just about inevitable that these characters are, one way or another, going to blow up the munitions depot called "the Earth". One can only hope we weather the storm and that the Earth (and humanity) survive. One thing is certain. If and when it blows, it's going to be one helluva storm. Best wishes, Tom Bearden
