I think you are absolutely right.
Everything happening seems to fit the scenario of deliberately
flushing the
U.S.
right down the toilet—and it seems to fit if for many decades, at
least since the late 1920s.
The reason for wishing the
U.S. destroyed
is that the Control Groups are in fact derivative of the old Dark
Ages. They regard humanity exactly that way: the “elite” or
“royalty” at the top, who are the only real “humans” and are
automatically the owners of the money, the “castles”, the land, etc.,
and then the serfs who are subhuman and more like ignorant slaves.
Unfortunately much of the
“environmental” community is secretly desirous of killing off about
90% of the humans on earth, and the destruction of the U.S. etc. is a
part of that plan (in my opinion).
The easiest way to frustrate those
plans—or to have a good chance to frustrate them—is to get the
"special folks" to forcibly tear back out of U.S. Department of Energy
hands the 1990 patented process for easily making permanent magnets (PMs)
with anisotropic (asymmetric) field strengths laterally (left and
right) to the line between N and S poles. In short, the PM can be made
with a stronger field on its left than on its right; flipping it on
the other side will reverse which side is the stronger magnetic field.
Two inventors originally
obtained a
U.S. patent
on the process in 1990. DoE, finding out about it, took the lead
inventor and gave him a
U.S. government
grant. Then they had him refile the same process for an
international patent obtained in 2001.
In that patent, the DoE stated what apparently is a blatant lie,
stating that all the work had been done under that U.S. Government
grant, and thus the
U.S. government
has certain rights to this invention. In other words, the
U.S. government
(DoE) took over the complete control of it.
Then they had the key inventor
obtain yet another
U.S. patent in
2004, again essentially on the same process with a
“good energy product” (strong effect).
Given such anisotropic-field
magnets available, any fool can then use them to quickly assemble a
self-powering permanent magnet motor or motor-generator, that powers
itself and a load. In less than 15 minutes! If the magnets are in
production and appreciably available, everyone everywhere—universities,
U.S.
laboratories, foreign laboratories, etc.—can and will build
self-powering PM systems, demonstrators, etc. like gangbusters. It
will literally result in a violent explosion of free “energy from the
vacuum” self-powering systems into the limelight and worldwide, at an
extraordinarily rapid pace.
Our DoE has apparently
deliberately withheld this information (the fact that it has possessed
self-powering asymmetric magnet motors and motor generators since at
least 2001) from the President, the Congress, the scientific
community, and the American Public. If so, in my personal view then
this borders on high treason against the
U.S.A.
We are fervently hoping that some
“special folks” in the
U.S. who do not
wish to see the country destroyed will yank that process right away
from the DoE and forcibly put those magnets into production and sales.
If that can be done so the magnets are available, then in three months
thereafter you can have a dramatic change of the entire U.S.
scientific community, the government, etc. and the energy crisis
worldwide will be solved forever.
That also will rapidly result in
solving most of the present depressive economy problems as well.

In my view, we have no longer than about two years—say, to the end
of 2010—until the
U.S. will go
down the tubes unless this is done. And putting out those
asymmetric-field (anisotropic field) permanent magnets is the only way
I know that can solve the problem quickly enough.
Let's fervently hope that the
“special good guys” do forcibly take that process away from DoE and
quickly put those magnets into production and sales. One could then
build 200 self-powering system kits, and immediately sell them all
over the nation etc.
or give them away
to key people as demonstrators.
This would generate momentum and uproar sufficient to crash through
all the present barriers.
Precursor Engineering (Use
of Both Negative and Positive Energy in the Local Vacuum via Dirac
Tickling)
Make no bones about it; the plot
to destroy the
U.S. is—in my
view—deliberate and it fits hundreds of incidents and developments
particularly since 1934 when a terrified physics community
deliberately ripped negative energy from most of physics. By
Dirac-tickling of the local vacuum, it is very simple to generate a
local vacuum virtual particle flux that has both positive
energy/positive probabilities and negative energy/negative
probabilities. That allows readily and directly engineering observable
physical reality itself. At will.
I call it “precursor engineering”,
since one directly engineers (as desired) the precursor “violent
virtual particle bubble positive energy reactions” ongoing and
continuously generating any observable physical situation, condition,
element, or object. There are presently at lease five processes already
using this process based on the Dirac-Sea tickling concept; they are
(1) Kanzius' watergas process,
(2) Kanzius' cancer cure being
developed by a leading cancer research institute and already
delivering sensational results in phase one lab animal tests completed
a few months ago,
(3) the bubble-fusion process whereby sonic bubble
energy gradients are used as the "Dirac sea ticklers" to enable fusion
by totally unusual means,
(4) the “cold-molding” process used for
decades by Russia in casting the huge and thick titanium metal hulls
of Soviet submarines—by tickling the lattice bonds in the titanium
at room temperature, the negative energy/negative probabilities
introduced “unhappen” the titanium lattice bonds, and so the titanium
becomes a liquid at room temperature. The room temperature liquid is
poured into the proper deep molds, and left to sit while the tickled
Dirac Sea Holes fill again by absorption of electrons. This restores a
normal vacuum and the lattice bonds, so that the metal again becomes a
“solid”. All without heating.
(5) The
Dirac
Sea hole
“tickling” process whereby the local positive energy vacuum now
acquires some emptied Dirac sea holes, which as source charges produce
negative EM energy fields.
Dirac pointed out that use of
little sharp gradient pulses of positive energy to “tickle” the local
positive-energy vacuum (vacuum with all
Dirac
Sea holes
filled), negative energy is produced. Quoting Dirac on getting the use
of negative energy even though the leading physicists arbitrarily
ripped it out of "classical" physics to overcome the “difficulties” of
negative energy and negative probabilities:
“One gets over the difficulty on
the classical theory by arbitrarily excluding those solutions that
have a negative E. One cannot do this in the quantum theory, since
in general a perturbation will cause transitions from states with E
positive to states with E negative.”

Here is the exact
mechanism: The sharp little gradients/perturbations of the vacuum
energy pop electrons out of the normally-filled “holes” in the
Dirac
Sea. This leaves
behind the unfilled holes, which persist until they meet another
electron and get “filled” again. The unfilled Dirac Sea hole is a
negative mass-energy electron (dark matter) and as s special kind of
electric field source it continually emits negative energy photons,
comprising its associated negative energy EM fields (dark energy).
The adroit Dirac
“tickling” with very weak normal energy thus causes the vacuum to also
contain negative energy/negative probabilities as well as the usual
positive energy/positive probabilities.
Now imagine an ongoing “bubble
interaction” process in the normal positive-energy vacuum, where energy adds
to form larger and larger entities. Cohering combinations of the
virtual state produce observable (quantum-sized or greater) entities
such as electrons, protons, etc.—and with alteration of the
spacetime itself also, the bonds that then H and O together to form
H2O molecules. The last thing that
“formed” in that ongoing creative
“happening” bubble set of interactions that formed the water molecule
was the alteration of the local vacuum to allow the OH bond.
When we deliberately “Dirac-tickle” the
vacuum in a container of such water molecules, we now introduce
negative energy and negative probabilities. If there's no really
specific pattern, then we “grossly” reduce the overall creative
“happening” bubble set—so the first thing to go or “unhappen” is
the OH bonds capability in local “tickled” spacetime. So
statistically, the water molecules in the tickled local vacuum start “unhappening” and falling apart into H2 and O2
bubbles as the tickling situation develops. But the mix of O2 and
H2
bubbles in the water is not very combustible or explosive, because of
the strong limitation formed on producing the OH bonds in that local “tickled” vacuum region inside the container.
But by piping the water bubbles a
few inches out of the “tickled local vacuum” container area, and into the
combustion chamber of a combustion engine, the local vacuum in that
combustion engine is normal and is not being “tickled”. Hence the OH
bonding statistics are restored in the combustion chamber, and the watergas mix easily and
smoothly burns to power the combustion engine and produce only water
vapor in the exhaust.
So we've placed some information
(E-mails) on my website on this “precursor engineering” area and will
be placing more on there, including a technical paper.
Precursor engineering heralds the
final goal of physics: the ability to directly engineer physical
reality at will. As the new science and technology are developed, and
as specifically fitted tickle patterns are worked out
for “unhappening”
a specific characteristic or part of a thing, then one will be able to
(1) easily and quickly and cheaply cure any illness,
(2) reverse the
detriments of the aging process,
(3) directly transduce any kind of
matter into any other kind of matter; e.g., we will be able to
transform the yucky muck in those 1300 or more pools of “coal burning
wastes” in giant pools in the U.S. along with the coal powering
plants, which ostensibly are to be “sequestered” somewhere and somehow
in the future.
As everyone knows, sequestering is a colossal joke and
a lie
because there are no legitimate harmless and proven sequestration
processes.
But with precursor engineering,
we will be able to directly
transform that yucky mess into “pure gasoline” without any
intermediate refining or other process, as the technology is
developed.
These are just simple examples of
what awaits us, if we can crash through the present scientific
barriers and get the scientific community working on these clear
“Dirac tickling”
solutions instead of on windmills, solar cells, more hydroelectric
dams, biofuels, etc.
