***** is a decent guy, who of course doesn't much like what I do. He's friendly enough in person, but he has to be hostile to the MEG and in fact to any real EFTV (energy from the vacuum) system. As is *****. To pursue the "organized science" direction to maintain prestige etc., one has to comply with the prevailing dogma, and both ***** and ***** are hung on that hook at the precipice.

Here's the problem. The "zero-point energy" IS NOT energy from the vacuum per se. It's the lowest quantal (observable state) energy already in, on, and of observable particles, as their observable spin or jitter, etc.

Moving away from the observable particles and their observable energy, into the actual vacuum itself, the vacuum is filled with VIRTUAL STATE (subquantal) and therefore nonobservable fluctuations. These fluctuations are also totally disordered -- or approach that state -- hence they are TOTALLY ENTROPIC.

One really can extract a little zero-point energy, or advocate and pursue it, and keep one's Scientific reputation, because such processes are already available to the observable process world and already exist in it. It's difficult, but things like the Lamb shift, Casimir effect, etc. have been proven by meticulous experiment, and they do result in real effects generated by zero-point energy (QUANTAL energy). However, if one is going to try to use such zero-point energy input for usable output in macroworld devices, it's doable in principle but at great difficulty -- and for usually a minuscule amount of useful energy obtained. So something like jillions of little integrated, very tiny, nanoscale circuit sections -- a special kind of integrated circuit -- will be required to get usable watts and kilowatts of power that way. That will probably eventually be done in 50 years or so, but meanwhile we are not going to last past the next three years and probably not past the next two, unless something else dramatic is done to resolve the coming energy crunch, destruction of our centralized electrical power system, and catastrophic economic collapse.

But the "zero-point energy" way IS APPROVED (though still a bit pooh-poohed) by the scientific establishment. So by sticking with that very difficult wicket, decent fellows like ***** and ***** can maintain scientific credibility and status in the scientific community -- and can continue earning a living. Only problem is, it doesn't really get one to anything practical soon enough to save us -- but only maybe 50 years from now or so. And the U.S. only has two years to survive unless EFTV systems from the vacuum are deployed in two years or less.

So the other direction available -- and one under very heavy attack and condemnation -- is to go after the disordered, subquantal, virtual state energy of the vacuum fluctuations. These fluctuations are very fleeting, but extraordinarily powerful. They are individual though momentary changes -- each occurring (appearing and disappearing) just so fast that it cannot be observed.

So the virtual state "vacuum energy" is not additive as it stands, but appears "totally disintegrated" and completely "disordered". To use it, one has to find a way to reorder it and then integrate (sum) it to large amounts of real energy in the macroscopic world.

That requires (1) first, a negative entropy (reordering) process, and (2) second, a coherent integration of the reordered series virtual state energy absorptions to the quantum level, so that real observable photons are emitted.

So one must find a way to (1) absorb and reorder the subquantal vacuum fluctuation energy so it can be integrated coherently, then one must find a way to (2) coherently integrate this reordered sequential VIRTUAL STATE energy to the unitary observable state (quantum) level. With those two processes, then one gets real, observable photons continually emitted from that process, even though only virtual photons are absorbed. One gets REAL, OBSERVABLE, EM ENERGY IN THE MACROSCOPIC WORLD, in the continual emission of real photons and the formation and maintenance of fields and potentials and their energy density, WITHOUT any "real observable photon energy" input at all.

The charge already does all that, continuously and "for free"! As Sen states, "The connection between the field and its source has always been and still is the most difficult problem in classical and quantum electrodynamics." [D. K. Sen, Fields and/or Particles, Academic Press, London and New York, 1968, p. viii].

Kosyakov says it more bluntly. Quoting [p. 135]:

"A generally acceptable, rigorous definition of radiation has not as yet been formulated." Quoting [p. 141]: "The recurring question has been: Why is it that an electric charge radiates but does not absorb light waves despite the fact that the Maxwell equations are invariant under time reversal?" [B. P. Kosyakov, "Radiation in electrodynamics and in Yang-Mills theory." Soviet. Phys. Usp. 35(2), Feb. 1992].

PLEASE NOTE: in other words, Kosyakov reveals that the present CEM/EE -- which uses Lorentz invariant equations -- cannot even describe how the source charge produces its associated EM fields and potentials (and every joule of observable EM energy in the universe) because the phenomena are not Lorentz invariant! So one has to toss CEM/EE on the junk heap, insofar as its ability to describe or render any understanding of the charge and its production of its associated EM fields and potentials and their energy is concerned! Now try finding ANY CEM/EE textbook that tells you that fact -- i.e., that admits this glaring century-old error of the CEM/EE model!.

But using processes not describable by Lorentz-invariant equations, is what a real EFTV system must do. Instead of using observable zero-point energy as its input, EFTV systems must absorb, reorder, and coherently integrate totally disordered EM subquantal energy as its input, while outputting real, observable EM energy.

Now there is the rub. We just punched the "Screaming" buttons for the Entire scientific community. "Perpetual motion", "creation of energy from nothing", "total lack of knowledge of thermodynamics", "idiots", "charlatans" -- these are the screams and vitriolic reactions. If one is connected to the organized scientific community for one's livelihood, and one advocates that sort of thing, one just lost one's living from now on.

Most (but certainly not all!) of the thermodynamicists will haughtily point out that the very first required operation -- reordering total disorder -- would be a process that produces continual negative entropy. And that of course totally violates (and if true and experimentally verified, it FALSIFIES) the present SACROSANCT, TOTALLY DOGMATIC second Law of thermodynamics.

Some of the modern (and better) thermodynamicists do, however, point out that violation of the second law is already known for several things such as:

(1) Any statistical fluctuation of an equilibrium (maximum entropy) system moves the system out of equilibrium, excites it, and therefore performs a negative entropy operation.

(2) Any sufficiently sharp gradient in the energy density of space (i.e., any sufficiently sharp EM pulse, particularly the sharp rise time and decay time of an EM pulse) violates the second law and is experimentally shown to do so. But per Kondepudi and Prigogine, not much is understood about it, either theoretically or experimentally. 

(3) The memory of materials (particularly some magnetic materials) also violates the second law and that fact is recognized and known. And

(4) a couple other areas violate it as well. [See Dilip Kondepudi and Ilya Prigogine, Modern Thermodynamics: From Heat Engines to Dissipative Structures, Wiley, New York, 1998, reprinted with corrections 1999. Areas known to violate thermodynamics are given on p. 459; one is sharp gradients].

For goodness sakes, simply changing the potential (the voltage) of a circuit or system, without allowing current to flow, changes the collected energy in the circuit, and is a totally negative entropy operation that totally refutes the present old second law of thermodynamics. Any high school or technical student can easily demonstrate destruction of the second law. And if one is not stupid enough to leave the potential energy source connected to the circuit as a load to be destroyed, but first disconnects it, then one can allow the current to flow through the loads and thereby freely dissipate the excess gauging energy obtained, without any depletion of one's potential energy source.

All our EEs, of course, are therefore taught the closed current loop circuit with the "external" free source of potential remaining collected while current flows. Hence half the collected energy is used to destroy the source dipolarity, faster than usable energy as work can be done in the loads. One has to then input at least as much energy to the source to restore its dipolarity, as was used to destroy its dipolarity. Hence one always will have to furnish more energy to the source to continually restore it, than one gets out in a real system with internal losses. In short, the EE is deliberately trained to engage in a giant wrestling match inside the generator or battery, and LOSE. That way, you see, Lorentz symmetry (ah, beauty, the mathematicians sigh!) is rigorously self-enforced by the systems we build, just so that Lorentz invariant equations CAN be used to describe the operation. And also, so that the circuit will never exhibit COP >1.0 using as input its vacuum fluctuation energy input and processing.

There is no law of nature requiring Lorentz symmetry or required that Lorentz invariant equations must describe one's system. To continue to use such an ungodly mess, so that we "continually kill all the free gushing of energy from the vacuum, is -- to use a phrase from Tesla -- one of the most inexplicable aberrations of the scientific mind that has ever been recorded in history.

Heck, ENERGY IS FREE AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN. ANY EM FIELD OR POTENTIAL DECOMPOSES INTO A HARMONIC SET OF BIDIRECTIONAL LONGITUDINAL EM ENERGY FLOWS. SO EM FIELD ENERGY AND EM POTENTIAL ENERGY OCCURS ALWAYS IN FREE FLOWS OF EM ENERGY FROM THE SEETHING VACUUM FLUCTUATIONS. WHITTAKER SHOWED THAT DECOMPOSITION IN 1903 AND 1904. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A TRULY "STATIC" FIELD OR POTENTIAL, AND NEVER HAS BEEN, AND NEVER WILL BE.

Now all EM fields and potentials are generated (continuously) by their associated source charges. That is, the source charges continuously pour out real photons in all directions, establishing their spreading associated fields and potentials outwards at light speed, and continuously replenishing those fields and potentials in place at light speed. As van Flandern pointed out, a "static" field is not like a frozen waterfall, with no internal parts in motion, but like a normal waterfall with its internal parts in motion and continually passing through any point in it, and continually being replaced by those parts in motion coming along behind. [Tom Van Flandern, “The speed of gravity ­ What the experiments say,” Physics Letters A, Vol. 250, Dec. 21, 1998, p. 8-9].

There is now quite a growing school of excellent thermodynamicists, in several nations, attacking the old Second Law of thermodynamics. I already showed that the old second law beast is an oxymoron implicitly assuming that its own contradiction has first occurred but not been accounted.

And we already falsified the present second law completely and irretrievably -- every charge, EM field, EM potential, and joule of observable EM energy in the universe already falsifies that hoary old second law. I'm just a little ahead of the conventional thermodynamicists, but not very much. The only reason I'm ahead is that none of them has apparently considered the source charge problem, and most are not even aware of it. The source charge Problem arises in classical thermodynamics because the charge totally violates and falsifies the present second law as long as one only works in the observable state.  Energy is conserved by the source charge, when both the virtual state processing and observable state processing are accounted.

So -- unable to solve the century-old problem -- the electrical engineering profs just scrubbed the problem out of all the texts, and those who are still aware of the problem do not wish the students to even know there is such a fantastic problem wrong with classical electrodynamics and electrical engineering. Today, many of the professors themselves do not know there is such a problem, and many just become very irritated and angry when it is pointed out to them. Nonetheless, a really good particle physics book -- or some of them -- still mention it and point it out. To wit, the book by Sen, quoted above. And papers by scientists such as Kosyakov [Reference cited].

A couple years ago, two thermodynamicists (Evans and Rondoni) also theoretically showed that -- in theory -- systems continuously producing negative energy without bound are possible. But they despaired of ever discovering a physical system actually doing it. To the contrary, every charge already does it, and so by solving the source charge problem, ONE ALSO SOLVES THE FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEMS INVOLVED IN EXTRACTING AND OUTPUTTING (I.E. GENERATING) REAL OBSERVABLE EM ENERGY FROM THOSE TOTALLY DISORDERED, VIRTUAL STATE, SUBQUANTAL FLUCTUATIONS OF THE ACTIVE VACUUM. One also solves the Evans/Rondoni problem of physical systems that are capable of continuous production of negative entropy. [See D. J. Evans and Lamberto Rondoni, "Comments on the Entropy of Nonequilibrium Steady States," J. Stat. Phys., 109(3-4), Nov. 2002, p. 895-920].

So the source charge problem and its solution is indeed ALREADY the unexpected solution to the problem of extracting unlimited, real, observable EM energy from the virtual state fluctuations of the vacuum. EVERY CHARGE IN THE UNIVERSE ALREADY DOES IT CONTINUOUSLY AND FREELY. All we have to do is quit misusing the charges in our circuits and systems, and use them differently.

This step -- of realizing that the source charge already extracts, reorders, and integrates virtual state disordered fluctuation energy of the vacuum -- neither ***** nor ****** will take, nor can they afford to. If they did, they would immediately be under furious fire from the entire orthodox scientific community.  Probably their careers etc. would be terribly damaged or even destroyed. On the other hand, I can do it and still make a living, because I don't have any "orthodox" reputation to protect at all costs. The skeptics can rant and rave to their heart's content (I'm the single most slandered and libeled person on the entire web, as is easily checked), but it doesn't affect my retirement pension.

Anyway, in latter 1999 I finally solved the source charge problem -- how The charge sits there and pours out real OBSERVABLE EM energy continuously in all directions, with no OBSERVABLE energy input at all -- in apparent violation of the conservation of energy law when the "conservation law" only applies to OBSERVABLE energy. We published the solution in 2000, then in 2001, 2002, and later -- improving it as we went.

And as you can see, you still cannot and will not find the National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Engineering, National Science Foundation, DoE, the national labs, and the universities seriously discussing "energy from the disordered virtual state vacuum fluctuations. They erroneously assume it is "against the laws of nature and impossible" -- and thereby they themselves continue to accept and support a totally nefarious CEM/EE model that assumes every EM field, EM potential, and joule of EM energy in the universe has been freely created out of nothing at all, in total violation of the conservation of energy law.

But none of those agencies will even hint at anything wrong with the standard models. Those are considered sacrosanct.

By working with Sweet back in the early 80s and for about 12 years, I was also able to work for years (off and on) with units that did produce mostly negative energy -- the type of energy that Dirac abhorred and tried to scrub out of physics, but could not. I designed an antigravity experiment using that aspect, and it was spectacularly successful, reducing the weight of the VTA on the bench by 90%. Sweet later hovered it with some risk of explosion of his magnets, and flew it around on a tether to a bedpost. By sheer fluke, we even got a publication of the results for the 90% reduction of weight, in an engineering proceedings. [Floyd Sweet and T. E. NEGATIVE ENERGY -- even though abhorred by Dirac -- provides the real horsepower and methodology for taking copious energy from the vacuum! Bedini has used negative energy for some decades also, and over the years he has finally cracked the secret of how to use it in circuits with facility. Bedini and I filed (about a half year ago or more) a powerful PPA dealing with the use of negative energy in EM circuits and systems, and included actual working circuits that Bedini has working on the bench. If we ever get the funding for finishing the engineering development and production, negative energy will power the world quickly, cheaply, and easily. And with negative energy, it is easy to "close loop" a system so that it powers itself. Simply charging a capacitor with negative energy, while reversing the leads of the capacitor, charges it normally. One then switches the capacitor into a normal positive energy circuit, in the normal connection, and it will discharge its energy as normal positive energy.

When one inputs a flow of negative energy into (along) a circuit section containing impedances, then each impedance in the energy flow path automatically converges in EXTRA negative energy flow from the vacuum environment! I.e., each impedance puts out more negative EM energy flow than is input to it, with the extra energy input coming automatically and freely from the vacuum fluctuations. So one's usual "circuit losses" (in a normal positive energy circuit) become "circuit energy gains" and "energy amplifiers", or "free asymmetric regauging systems", directly from the cooperating and very happy vacuum fluctuations.

If this negative energy technology ever is able to get going, eventually one will take a flashlight battery and power New York City with it. The long neglected Heaviside curled energy flow (and therefore usually nondivergent energy flow component) from every generator, battery, and dipole already is some trillion or more times greater than the inane little Poynting energy flow component that we account and lose.

The great Lorentz, unable to solve the horrendous problem posed by Heaviside curled energy flow, reasoned that "it has no physical significance because it doesn't do anything". Consequently, he originated the neat little integration trick that gets rid of any accounting of that Heaviside flow. [See H. A. Lorentz, Vorlesungen über Theoretische Physik an der Universität Leiden, Vol. V, Die Maxwellsche Theorie (1900-1902), Akademische Verlagsgesellschaft M.B.H., Leipzig, 1931, "Die Energie im elektromagnetischen Feld," p. 179-186. Figure 25 on p. 185 shows the Lorentz concept of integrating the Poynting vector around a closed cylindrical surface surrounding a volumetric element. This is the procedure which arbitrarily selects only a small component of the energy flow associated with a circuit—specifically, the small Poynting component being diverged into the circuit to power it—and then treats that tiny component as the "entire" energy flow. Thereby Lorentz arbitrarily discarded all the extra Heaviside circuital energy transport component which is usually not diverged into the circuit conductors at all, does not interact with anything locally, and is just wasted].

The enormous extra and free Heaviside energy flow is still there, in every circuit, but just ignored today. And yes, take a flashlight battery's Poynting energy flow, and multiply that energy flow by 10 trillion, and -- if we learn to use the Heaviside flow component, and that is the magnitude of the Heaviside energy flow. A single flashlight battery really could power New York city, could we learn to use an appreciable percentage of that available giant Heaviside energy flow.

In short, it's real and it's already good physics, if one knows where to look. The so-called "negative resonance absorption of the medium", e.g., taps a little of this unaccounted Heaviside flow component, so that the excited medium re-emits some 18 times as much EM energy as one input in one's Poynting component alone. As you might imagine, the powers that be DO NOT WANT THAT OUT IN ANY SHAPE, FORM OR FASHION, AND THEY DO NOT WANT IT KNOWN. So we have our work cut out for us, just trying to overcome the suppression efforts of the various other cartels.

There is, however, another recent major development in the High Cabal (Churchill's term) -- The loose knit set of powerful financial cartels that control all the world's money. They themselves have long had energy-from-the-vacuum systems, e.g., my friend Jim Watson's motor when they forced Watson to go with them, motor and all, or have his wife and children killed on the spot. This new development in the High Cabal gives us, for the first time in history, the chance to actually get out on the market with a working energy-from-the-vacuum systems, without being killed. The High Cabal, by a tortuous route, and faced with the battering from connected parties such as Simmons International warning them on the pending economic collapse of the U.S. and the West due to the energy crisis, has had to come to face with the Strategic Threat I hung on my website -- and realized they themselves were going down the toilet, if they let the West undergo a catastrophic economic collapse. So they issued quiet instructions to permit some of these systems -- particularly self-powering ones taking all their energy from the vacuum -- to be developed and go to market.

We still have to get past the entourage at the third level of the High Cabal, but for the first time in history they are also prevented from killing us. At least by High Cabal auspices. The huge and powerful scientific cartels, however, are another matter. One of those almost certainly had Gene Mallove killed (we know the reason, and it involves a trillion dollars rip-off of the U.S. taxpayer that is set up).

So we will continue to give EFTV systems our best shot. I just wanted you to know That zero-point energy devices and approaches ARE NOT vacuum fluctuation energy devices and approaches for extracting energy from the seething but virtual state vacuum itself.

By hanging on my website the real strategic threat involved in the present asymmetric superwar against us, two days later there was a horrendous surge in hits on the site -- surging up to 142,000 -- with half being from Germany. The Germans have long been involved in suppressing energy-from-the-vacuum systems for the High Cabal, and so a shocked set of German henchmen forwarded that Threat document to the highest levels of the Cabal -- just as they were having a great meeting. About two weeks ago now, that action and the efforts of some of their own lower level connections such as Simmons International forced the reconsideration, because for the first time the High Cabal itself faced up to the threat posed by the Yakuza with its scalar interferometers and negative energy EMP weapons. In short, they were suddenly looking at their own imminent demise, about two years from now, because they themselves would also go down with the U.S. and Western economic ship, if they allow the Yakuza to sink it.

So once in awhile the good guys do win one after all.
