On Negative Energy EMP Weapons

The use of negative energy EMP is a threat of even more orders of magnitude. It represents rather instant death to most things living, both animals and plants.

But our guys in officialdom never even speak of negative energy EMP. Physics itself was deliberately altered in 1934 to root this negative energy out of the Dirac theory. Nonetheless, Dirac held firm for at least quantum electrodynamics, with the exception of substituting the positron for the Dirac Sea hole. The hole is actually a negative mass energy electron; when the hole captures an electron (falling into it) and disappears, that elimination process is perceived/observed as a change from a negative mass energy (negative mass-energy electron) of minus one to a zero—which is an overall positive one mass energy change and that change is observed as a positron change. However, note that a process representing the "filling of a hole" so that it vanishes, is not the "hole as its exists and is not filled". One will still need to note that the Casimir "statistical jiggling" energy of an observable particle is not the actual vacuum energy at all, but is the integrated result of the ongoing but incoherent massive reactions of the seething virtual state vacuum particles with that observable particle. It is the statistical summations of all those vast interactions. The source charge, on the other hand, serially absorbs single virtual photon after single virtual photon, changing each to an excitation in the charge's positive mass-energy, which is additive and thus grows coherently to quantum size. When quantum size is reached, the mass-energy excitation abruptly decays by emission of an observable (quantized) photon of energy.

Hence the resulting "static fields" and "static potentials" of a source charge or dipole are actually nonequilibrium steady-state thermodynamics systems, fed by virtual energy of the vacuum and re-emitted as continual steady emissions ("steady flows") of real observable photons, establishing and continually maintaining the so-called "static EM fields and potentials". The old second law of equilibrium thermodynamics does not apply, because the system (the static field or static potential) is a steady-state system far from equilibrium, hence nonequilibrium thermodynamics applies and allows second law violation].

By "tickling" the vacuum with a "froth" of tiny-energy EMP pulses (as in the RF region—see Kanzius's proven watergas process verified by a world expert in water chemistry and also his cancer cure process now being proven by an established research institute) you can create a froth of "pop-outs" of electrons from the Dirac Sea vacuum. That's the ordinary energy response. However, the "pop-outs" leave behind Dirac Sea holes (the "dark matter" our astrophysicists are so anxiously seeking through their telescopes) which are not positrons. Instead, they are negative mass-energy electrons. As such, they are also "source charges" and so they continuously emit negative-energy photons at light speed, producing negative-energy EM fields and potentials at light speed. This "negative EM field and potential energy" is the "dark energy" our astrophysicists are also so arduously seeking.

The thing that so frightened the mathematical physicists in the late 1920s, about negative energy, was its associated negative probabilities. All "observables" may be modeled as being continuously created and sustained by ongoing positive-energy interactions (with their associated positive probabilities) in the underlying frenzied interactivity of the underlying statistical interactions ongoing in the virtual state vacuum. So in this model every "observable" is continually "happening" and continually sustained due to that set of underlying positive energy interactions and positive probabilities, all the way up from the primeval virtual state vacuum.

But if we now take something (say, the water molecules in a fixed container) and tickle that local vacuum in the container so that the local vacuum now contains a "froth" of negative energy (Dirac Sea holes with their concomitant negative energy EM fields and potentials), that froth of "negative energy and associated negative probabilities" is now added into that set of sustaining underlying statistical interactions that continually make that water molecule.

That starts the "highest positive energy" formations that are continually "happening" to also start "unhappening" simultaneously. So the O-H bond (formed when H₂ oxidized in O₂) as the "last positive energy thing" forming the water molecule) will start "unhappening". In short, the OH bonds will just start flatly disappearing at a steady rate. This is due to the direct interaction of the altered local vacuum with the water in it.

In the test vessel of water where one evokes this "negative energy froth" vacuum interaction, one thus starts "unhappening" the O-H bonds in the water molecules in that vessel. This in turn forms bubbles of released H₂ and O₂. And the hydrogen and oxygen bubbles are much less explosive or combustible in that "froth" container region, because in that region with its modified vacuum it is now much more difficult to form the O-H bond (i.e., to combust hydrogen) to form the water molecule.

But if we pipe those H₂ and O₂ bubbles a few inches away from the "negative energy frothed" container, and into the combustion chamber of a combustion engine, the bubbles are now back in a normal "positive energy" vacuum without all the "unhappening" going on. In this case, the negative probabilities are now gone, and the mixture is highly combustible. So it will burn right there in the chamber, powering the combustion engine and only emitting water vapor from the exhaust.

This is the mechanism actually used by the Kanzius watergas process (which apparently he is still unaware of).

Kanzius actually developed it as a cancer cure. If one focuses (using, e.g., nanocrystalline receiver materials around the cancer in the flesh) the negative energy/negative probabilities onto that cancer, it was and is the "highest positive energy" thing existing in that "container". And now it will start "unhappening" and just "fading away", due to the direct interaction of the "negative energy froth" of the vacuum in that region occupied by the tumor.

In phase one animal trials just completed, the research institute found that this process easily and quickly cured 100% of the tumors in the lab animals. Hopefully human tests will be next.

Egad! back in the late 1920s the leading mathematical physicists got the shock of their lives, when they saw that this meant we could judiciously combine the use of "negative energy froth" of the local vacuum to directly "engineer" physical reality itself. Eventually as the new "technology" is developed, we will be able to easily cure any disease—including the effects of aging—by properly "tailoring" the negative energy/negative probabilities characteristics of the local vacuua of the diseased body.

Tesla originally discovered negative energy before the term was even born. He called it "radiant energy" to differentiate its very different electromagnetic characteristics. Bedini in his beautiful battery-charging processes has been using negative energy for over 20 years, to "unhappen" the bad chemical effects (such as sulfation) previously accumulated in the battery, thus dramatically extending the lifetime and performance of the battery.

At any rate, in the late 1920s and early 1930s the leading mathematical physicists such as Heisenberg and Pauli beat the daylights out of any physicist—including Dirac himself—supporting this "negative energy/negative probabilities" thing, because it meant the ability to directly engineer physical reality itself. So in 1934 they arbitrarily and rather brutally forced it out of physics. Hotson has done a good job of revealing that suppression. Quoting Hotson:

So when one unleashes a vast pulse of EM energy (as in the normal EMP weapon) on a targeted city, one can arrange the weapon's construction and materials aspects to produce a vast set of sharper and smaller pulses that comprise the overall huge "EMP explosion". That giant "froth" of negative energy/negative probabilities striking the city becomes a negative energy EMP weapon, possessed now by several nations. Just about all life—both plant and animal—in a large city region struck by such a negative energy EMP weapon will suffer devastating "unhappening" in their inmost and deepest life processes. It's instant and total death for everything. It makes the old idea of a "death ray" pale by comparison.

As the study folks have shown, a normal "positive energy" EMP weapon is certainly terrible enough. And as the study group found, planning of what to do after such a strike is woefully deficient.

But a modified EMP weapon used to make a negative energy EMP strike is vastly more devastating to life itself and to the living things in that struck area. That may even include all the plants as well; their internal living processes get "unhappened" also.

Essentially all the living things will instantly become dead things, with not a whimper, movement, gasp, or other observable reaction.

That is the upper level of the "EMP weapon" threat against our nation and our cities. And sadly there is no planning at all for such negative EMP attack or attacks.

Negative EMP attacks can also be done by modified longitudinal EM wave interferometers, in their interference zone, and at least a dozen nations now possess such interferometry weapons. Our weather over North America has been influenced and controlled by such hostile interceptors since 1976, and particularly since the early 1980s. Defense Secretary Cohen publicly confirmed this in 1997. Quoting Cohen:

"Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important." If the same interferometers diverging and steering our jet streams, big storms, and major weather are also used in the negative energy EMP mode, they could very simply devastate city after city, with shot after shot, destroying not only the United States but most of its populace as well.

And of course there has been no planning at all for such dire situations. So far as I'm aware, there is no defense at all against the formation of a sudden giant "negative energy froth" vacuum in which a large area is immersed. One could speak of "recovery" (actually, complete restoration from scratch) of such a single struck area, but how one would approach "restoration from scratch" of most of our population, crops, etc. is presently unknown.
