Termite Night, Hawaii. Watercolor, airbrush. Its a still, warm, and moonlit night in the summer, perfect for swarms of termites to emerge. This is a painting that is least amenable to posting on the web. The problem is in the dim lighting and subtle color and shading that give the feel of a warm, windless night. By rendering the image too dark or gray, some monitors or browsers may lose this (you should see a difference in cloud color from left to right margin). Changes in light and color from program to program, Monitor to Monitor, and to printer, is yet a problem for computer technology to overcome.
