August 22, 1997:

Modified the layout slightly to give almost the same appearence as before but working on a wider range of browsers, including Netscape 2 and other HTML version 2 browsers. I decided to do this after finding out just how many people out there are still using Netscape 2.02. Sorry about that, folks, I'm one of those people who always uses the latest and greatest. I had no idea!

August 19, 1997:

August 7, 1997:

Moved to the new web server with the "www.webleyweb.com" domain-name.

Redesigned the "look & feel" for The Libertarian Enterprise.

Added RealAudio files of Neil reading his essay "Turn off the Government" on the audio page.

Purged the old "what's new" listings, since in a way everything is new!

Added a scan of the ugly cover for Bretta Martyn along with a way to tell Neil & Tor Books what you think of it.
