First Ceres Project Online Meeting January 29, 2003

January 15, 2003

The first virtual meeting of The Ceres Project will be on January 29 at 3:00pm Central US time (2:00pm Mountain US, 1:00pm Pacific US). If you are a member of The Ceres Project, you will receive an invitation shortly.

This project will be hosted by WebEx, and L. Neil Smith will be give a synopsis of Ceres (so far) and will be available for Q & A. Mostly this first meeting is designed to give us all familiarity with Ceres and to meet each other. Heavy business issues will be dealt with at a future meeting, since Ceres will take two years to complete and there is plenty of time to formulate strategy. We would like to solicit ideas for marketing, though, and share those amongst ourselves.

Kai Vandecarr of WebEx has graciously agreed to host this meeting for free (he hopes to win your business or that of your friends, so if you like the experience - and I think you will - do consider that). Kai will send out formal invitations to you with a special URL for you to access on January 29, 2003. WebEx http://www.webex.com/ is a perfect example of free-enterprise in action: donating to a worthy cause in order to secure future business. I have used WebEx once before, and was extremely impressed. It should be an enjoyable meeting.

For anyone thinking of joining The Ceres Project, NOW is the time to do so. We have one PLATINUM membership open ($5000), or two GOLDS ($2500 each), or a small number of SILVER memberships available.

If you have less than $1000, you can and should join The Argentine Club.

Sincerely and Gratefully Yours,

Alan R. Weiss, for
The Ceres Project
