Beyond Conscience - The Elite Faces of the New World Order

"...Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth) proving what is acceptable to the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful to even speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light."

Ephesians 5:8-13, Holy Bible, King James version.

~

Honorable Madam Chair and Honorable Judiciary Committee, Montana House of Representatives;

Now I shall ask the Committee to understand, to comprehend, to grasp in reality, an even more remarkable fact which has been kept from the American public - the wide-spread existence of a death-cult within the highest levels of Federal government and corporate America.

I regret that the person who must bring these evil tidings to the attention of the Committee and to the people of Montana must be me, for this is something which I abhor, but the facts are now demonstrable and undebatable, and the evil which infests our nation's government must be exposed by someone. As I was willing to fight the evil of communism in Vietnam long ago, I have decided that I must be equally fearless in exposing the evils from which communism evolved, the secret societies and their ages-old plan to rule this world.

One of my good neighbors here in Willow Creek, knowing well that I am not a member of any religion, yet offered me the above passage from the Holy Bible when I discussed these matters with him. Despite the fact that I am not a Christian, I hold nevertheless that my actions as a free Montanan and my commitment to write these letters to the Committee are in harmony with that passage. My intent is to expose the secret workings of the men who have sought to destroy America from within by placing their ilk in seats of power on Wall Street and in Washington D.C.

Aryanism

Most Montanans today are unaware of the occult history of the Third Reich in Germany. Most of us have never heard of the Russian adventuress named Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (1831-1891). 1 Most have never studied into the Theosophical Society, which Madam Blavatsky founded. Most Montanans see little need to look into the secret, mystical, arcane, esoteric, and occult roots of the Nazi movement in Germany during the late 19th and early 20th Century. Most Montanans do not seem to be interested in comparing 1930s Germany with our present time, the first decade of the 21rst Century in America. And so it is that most Montanans have therefore no curiosity about the secret societies here in America which parallel in our leaders' lives the same principles which inspired Adolf Hitler - and which to this day have inspired many 20th Century American Presidents and even our current President.

That level of apathy is exactly what has been counted upon by the conspirators, with noticeable results in recent decades, especially the decades in which television was entrenched into American homes. That level of apathy persists today. If the average Montanan knew what Madam Blavatsky taught concerning the Aryan spirit, I'm guessing that their curiosity would be whetted to discover more about the secret societies functioning inside our government in America today.

Madam Blavatsky's writings inspired Guido von List, who in turn inspired Heinrich Himmler and Adolf Hitler. In 1936, Germany was a state  which would sterilize, enslave, and murder millions of men, women, and children. As Peikoff 2 notes, until 1939 any German citizen was free to leave the country. Why would so many German citizens remain and join the great Aryan Supremacy movement, give up their personal sovereignty to the state, and embrace the Nazi and Hitlerian madness? The answer to that question is of course a complex composite of particular answers, which consideration for space here must forego. However, the fact that many millions of highly-civilized, educated, talented, prosperous German citizens bought wholesale into the mysticism of the Nazi movement's occult doctrines is obvious and unavoidable.

Because of Madam Blavatsky's sojourn in Tibet, she became inspired to write "The Secret Doctrine". 1 In that two-volume book she declared that the swastika was the most potent and powerful symbol of the Aryan race, the pregnant symbol of the Aryan soul itself. She traced it back in prehistory to mystical runes. From the Tibetan use of the symbol she learned that the swastika symbolized continual generation, creation and recreation, the sun and the eagle. Her vision of the powers of the swastika and of the primordial perfection of the Aryan race in antiquity was taken as truth by many in Europe and America. Madam Blavatsky's Theosophical Society 3 would become an international society, widely spread around the earth, and it led to the formation of subsequent societies, some of them secret societies. Her doctrine was embraced in the late 1800s by Kaiser Wilhelm, then by the Weimar Republic, and by Guido von List and his Germanic/Aryan secret society, the Thule Society.

Hitler would discover Madam Blavatsky when he became a member in the Thule society. But decades before the Nazi Party adopted the swastika as its symbol, the first German publication to carry a swastika on its cover was a periodical published in Germany by an American occult society which had been founded by Madam Blavatsky. Much of this history was obtained at the end of World War II when German archives were captured. Hitler himself said the following:

"The party is the selecting ground for German political leaders. Its doctrine will be unchangeable. Its organization will be hard as steel. But its tactics will be flexible. Its total image, however, will be like a holy order.... Man is becoming God."  ~ Adolf Hitler

Hitler's "SS" was intended to be a "Holy Order". The Grand Master of that Holy Order was Heinrich Himmler. Both Hitler and Himmler were students of the esoteric myth of the Aryan soul as introduced by Madam Blavatsky. Both were members in secret societies. Although Himmler seems to have exceeded even Hitler with his passion for the reincarnation of the Aryan soul in the great body of the German Third Reich, both men were serious occultists in deeply personal ways.

From page 201 in The Ominous Parallels:

...The educated German could hear the voices of the "Weimar vision" everywhere.

He could hear it from intellectual leaders such as Max Weber, one of the major influences in the popular young field of sociology, who declared that an objective social science can have nothing to do with ethics or with absolutes of any kind, but must be relativist, tentative, "value-free". There were young innovators in the "sociology of knowledge", such as Karl Mannheim, who held that man is moved by class interest and therefore is incapable of objective thought (except for a special elite, the intelligentsia, who transcend this law of human nature). There was the prominent sociologist Werner Sombart, a onetime Marxist who, deciding that values are inescapable and objectivity irrelevant, proceeded to belly flop into the waiting arms of mysticism, "German" socialism, and the Fuhrer.

Political scientists such as Carl Schmitt and Robert Michels "laid bare the irrational basis of political behavior to such an extent as to destroy any possibility for orderly democratic political organization..." The progressive educators were telling German parents that the communication of knowledge is harmful to the process of education, which should focus instead on the child's feelings, fantasies, and social adjustment. The highly reputable art historians associated with the Warburg Institute were pioneering the introduction of new topics into their field, such as the study of magic, astrology, and the occult. The erudite theoreticians and social commentators of Marxism melding the socialism of Marx with the idealism of Hegel and the sex theories of Freud. The logical positivists of the Vienna Circle, in the name of a scientific approach to philosophy, were launching their unprecedented assault against logic, concepts, certainty, metaphysics, ethics, politics, and even philosophy itself. 2

To get into this question of occult mentality affecting "world leaders" and specifically "American leaders", let's briefly recall something from a former Presidential speech writer:

"He would speak at the Hoover Institution, before a conference on the fiftieth anniversary of the Bolshevik revolution. 'I don't want it to be the typical anti-Communist harangue - you know, there's Nixon again. Try to lift it. I want to take a sophisticated hard line. I'd like to be very fair and objective about their achievements - in fifty years they've come from a cellar conspiracy to control of half the world. But I also want to underline the horrible costs of their methods and system.'  He handed me a copy of his speech the previous summer at Bohemian Grove, telling me to take it as a model for outlining the changes in the Communist world and the changing U.S. Policy toward the Soviet Union."

~  Richard J. Whalen, Presidential speech-writer, in his book Catch the Falling Flag: A Republican's Challenge to His Party (Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1972, page 25. Source: see number 5 in notes.) recalling directions given him by  President Richard M. Nixon.

The Bohemian Grove

Richard M. Nixon was not the first U.S. President to attend the annual encampment at Bohemian Grove in northern California; nor was he the last. Unfortunately, many U.S. Presidents have attended that encampment. Clinton, Reagan, Bush 41 and Bush 43, Carter - the list of U.S. Presidents who have attended Bohemian Grove's annual encampment since President Taft is long and includes both Democrats and Republicans. Numerous dignitaries from foreign governments have also attended, as have the heads of American industry and finance. It must be seen by world leaders as an important event - yet few Americans have heard of it. There are reasons why it has never drawn much public attention, and such reasons shall shed new light upon the roles played in American government, business, and banking by secret societies.

It is very unlikely that the good people of Montana will be capable of believing what I must describe in this letter, for most Montanans and Americans everywhere live under an umbrella of trust which has been conditioned into the public mentality for many decades. Yet it is very important for all Montanans and Americans to face this, and it is especially important that the government of the State of Montana faces this. I shall just plunge right in.

The following is from The Bohemian Grove And Other Retreats: A Study In Ruling Class Cohesiveness, authored and copyrighted by G. William Domhoff in 1974. 5 Begin quoted passages:

~

Picture yourself comfortably seated in a beautiful open-air dining hall in the midst of twenty-seven hundred acres of giant California redwoods. It is early evening and the clear July air is still pleasantly warm. Dusk has descended, you have finished a sumptuous dinner, and you are sitting quietly with your drink and your cigar, listening to nostalgic welcoming speeches and enjoying the gentle light and the eerie shadows that are cast by the two-stemmed gaslights flickering softly at each of the several hundred outdoor banquet tables.

You are part of an assemblage that has been meeting in this redwood grove sixty-five miles north of San Francisco for nearly a hundred years. It is not just any assemblage, for you are a captain of industry, a well-known television star, a banker, a famous artist, or maybe a member of the President's Cabinet. You are one of fifteen hundred men gathered together from all over the country for the annual encampment of the rich and the famous at the Bohemian Grove. And you are about to take part in a strange ceremony that has marked every Bohemian Grove gathering since 1880. You are about to be initiated into the encampment by the Cremation of Care. [emphasis EA]

Out of the shadows on one of the hillsides near the dining circle there comes the low, sad sounds of a funeral dirge. As you turn your head in its direction you faintly see the outlines of men dressed in pointed red hoods and red flowing robes. Some of the men are playing the funereal music; others are carrying long torches whose flames are a spectacular sight against the darkened forest.

As the procession approaches the dining circle, the dim figures become more distinct, and attention fixes on several men not previously noticed who are carrying a large wooden box. Upon closer inspection the box turns out to be an open coffin, and in that coffin is a body, a human body- real enough to be lifelike at a glance, but only an imitation, made of black muslin wrapped around a wooden skeleton. This is the body of Care, symbolizing the concerns and woes that important men supposedly must bear in their daily lives. It is Dull Care that is to be cremated this first Saturday night of the two-week encampment of the Bohemian Grove.

The cortege now trails slowly past the dining area, and the men in the dining circle fall into line behind the hooded priests and pallbearers, following the body of Care toward its ultimate destination. The entire parade (all white, mostly elderly) makes its way along a road leading to a picturesque little lake that is yet another of the sylvan sights the Bohemian Grove has to offer.

It takes the communicants about five minutes to make their march to this new setting. Once at the lake the priests and the body of Care go off to the right, in the direction of a very large altar which faces the lake. The followers, talking quietly and remarking on the once-again-perfect Grove weather, move to the left so they can observe the ceremony from a green meadow on the other side of the lake. They will be about fifty to a hundred yards from the altar, which looms skyward thirty to forty feet and reveals itself to be in the form of a huge Owl, whose cement shell is mottled with primeval green mosses.

While the spectators seat themselves across the lake, the priests and their entourage continue for another two or three hundred yards beyond the altar to a boat landing. There the bier is carefully transferred onto the Ferry of Care, which will carry the body to the altar later in the ceremony. The ferry loaded, the torches are extinguished and the music ends. The attention of the spectators on the other side of the lake slowly drifts back to the Owl shrine; it is illuminated by a gentle flame from the Lamp of Fellowship which sits at its base.

People who have seen the ceremony before nudge you to keep your eye on the large redwood next to the Owl. Moments later an offstage chorus of “woodland voices” begins to sing. Then a spotlight illuminates the tree you've been watching, and there emerges from it a hamadryad, a “tree spirit”, whose life, according to Greek mythology, is intimately bound up with the tree in which it lives. The hamadryad begins to sing, telling the supplicants that beauty and strength and peace are theirs as long as the trees of the Grove are there. It sings of the “temple-aisles of the wood” that are made for “your delight”, and implores the Bohemians to “burn away the sorrows of yesterday” and to “cast your grief to the fires and be strong with the holy trees and the spirit of the Grove”. (Author Domhoff note1: Charles K. Field, The Cremation of Care (1946, 1953), for these and following quotes. A copy of this small pamphlet can be found in the Bancroft Library, University of California, Berkeley.)

With the end of this uplifting song, the hamadryad returns to its tree, the chorus silences, and the light on the tree fades out. Only natural illumination from the moon and stars remains, and it is time for the high priest and his many assistants to enter the large area in front of the Owl. “The Owl is in his leafy temple”, intones the high priest. “Let all within the Grove be reverent before him.” He beseeches the spectators to be inspired and awed by their surroundings, noting that this is Bohemia's shrine. Then he invokes the motto of the club, “Weaving spiders, come not here!” -- which is a line from Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. It is supposed to warn members not to discuss business and worldly concerns, but only the arts, literature, and other pleasures, within the portals of Bohemia.

The priest next walks down three large steps to the edge of the lake. There he makes a flowery speech about the ripple of waters, the song of birds, the forest floor, and evening's cool kiss. Again he calls on the members to forsake their usual concerns. “Shake off your sorrows with the City's dust and scatter to the winds the cares of life.” A second and third priest then recall to memory deceased friends who loved the Bohemian Grove, and the high priest makes yet another effusive speech, the gist of it being that “Great Nature” is a “refuge for the weary heart” and a “balm for breasts that have been bruised”.

A brief song is sung by the chorus and suddenly the high priest proclaims: “Our funeral pyre awaits the corpse of Care!” A horn is sounded at the boat landing. Anon, the Ferry of Care, with its beautifully ornamented frontispiece, begins its brief passage to the foot of the shrine. Its trip is accompanied by the music of a barcarole – a barcarole being the song of Venetian gondoliers as they pole you through the canals of Venice. As one listens to the barcarole, it becomes even clearer that many little extra touches have been added by the Bohemians who have lovingly developed this ritual over its ninety-four-year history.

The bier arrives at the steps of the altar. The high priest inveighs against Dull Care, the archenemy of Beauty. He shouts, “Bring fire”, and the torchbearers (eighteen strong) enter. Then the acolytes quickly seize the coffin, lift it high above their heads, and carry it triumphantly to the pyre in front of the mighty Owl. It seems that Care is about to be consumed by flames.

But not yet. Suddenly there is a great clap of thunder and a rush of wind. Peals of loud, ugly laughter come ringing down from a hill above the lake. A dead tree is illuminated in the middle of the hillside, and Care himself bellows forth with a thundering blast:

“Fools! Fools! Fools! When will ye learn that me ye cannot slay? Year after year ye burn me in this Grove, lifting your puny shouts of triumph to the stars. But when again ye turn your feet toward the marketplace, am I not waiting for you, as of old? Fools! Fools! To dream ye conquer Care!”

The high priest is taken aback by this impressive outburst, but not completely humbled. He replies that it is not all a dream, that he and his friends know they will have to face Care when their holiday is over. They are happy that the good fellowship created by the Bohemian Grove is able to banish Care even for a short time. So the high priest tells Care, “We shall burn thee once again this night and in the flames that eat thine effigy we'll read the sign: Midsummer sets us free.”

Dull Care, however, is having none of this. He tells the high priest in no uncertain terms that priestly fires are not going to do him in. “I spit upon your fire”, he roars, and with that there is a great explosion and all the torches are immediately extinguished. The only light remaining comes from the small flame in the Lamp of Fellowship.

Things are clearly at an impasse. Care may win out after all. There is only one thing to do: turn to the great Owl, the totem animal of Bohemia, chosen as the group's symbol primarily for its mortal wisdom – and only secondarily for its discreet silence and its nightly prowling. The high priest falls to his knees and lifts his arms toward the shrine. “O thou, great symbol of all mortal wisdom”, he cries, “Owl of Bohemia, we do beseech thee, grant us thy counsel!”

The inspirational music of the “Fire Finale” now begins and an aura of light glows about the Owl's head. The Owl is going to rise to the occasion! After a pause, the sagacious bird finally speaks. No fire, he tells the assembled faithful, can drive out Care if that fire comes from the mundane world, where it is fed by the hates of men. There is only one fire that can overcome the great enemy Care, and that, of course, is the flame which burns in the Lamp of Fellowship on the Altar of Bohemia. “Hail, Fellowship”, he concludes, “and thou, Dull Care, be gone!”

With that, Care is on his way out. The light dies from the dead tree. The high priest leaps to his feet and bounds up the steps, snatches a burned-out torch from one of the bearers, and relights it from the flame of the Lamp of Fellowship. Just as quickly he ignites the funeral pyre and triumphantly hurls the torch into the blaze.

The orchestral music in the background intensifies as the flames leap higher and higher. The chorus sings loudly about Dull Care, archenemy of Beauty, calling on the winds to make merry with his dust. “Hail, Fellowship”, they sing, echoing the Owl. “Begone, Dull Care! Midsummer sets us free!” The wailing voice of Care gives its last gasps, the music gets even louder, and fireworks light the sky and fill the Grove with the reverberations of great explosions. The band, appropriately enough, strikes up “Ther'll Be a Hot Time in the Old Town Tonight”. Care has been banished, but only with a cast of 250 elders, priests, torchbearers, shore patrols, fire tenders, production managers, and woodland voices.

As this climax approaches, some fifty minutes after the march began, the quiet onlookers on the other side of the lake begin to come alive. After all, it is a night for rejoicing. The men begin to shout, to sing, to hug each other, and dance around. They have been freed by their priests and their Owl for some good old-fashioned hell raising. They couldn't be happier if they were back in college and their fraternity had won an intramural football championship.

Now the ceremony is over. The revelers, initiated into the carefree attitude of the Bohemian Grove, break up into small groups as they return to the camps that crowd next to each other in the central area of the Grove. It will be a night of story-telling and drinking for the men of Bohemia as they sit about their campfires or wander from camp to camp, renewing old friendships and making new ones. They will be far away from their responsibilities as the decision makers and opinion molders of corporate America.

What Mr. Domhoff left out of his otherwise very accurate description of the Cremation of Care ceremony at Bohemian Grove is the fact that the "corpse of Care" is actually placed upon the pyre and then burned as a sacrifice to the Great Owl of Babylon, which the Bohemians call “Molech” or “Moloch”. This ritual traces back to ancient Babylon. It is a human-sacrifice ritual. The “effigy” of Care is in the form of a human body, and is intended to symbolize a human body. It is my understanding that when this ritual was exercised in Babylon it was done with a genuine “human sacrifice”. As distasteful as it may seem to recall today, we all know that the dark underside roots of civilization reach back in time to such primitive days and ways, and that “human sacrifice” was practiced widely in many cultures around the world. Of special illustrative note I suggest Mel Gibson's Apocalyptic, which looks anew at the human sacrifice rituals performed atop the pyramids of Central and South America centuries ago. Performing human sacrifice rituals and ceremonies was a wide-spread habit which existed around the world amid distant cultures which had no consensus awareness of one another.

What is more surprising, however, is the fact that people reenact human sacrifice rituals in our times, right here in America.

Today, the fact that these people who celebrate death-cult rituals use "effigies" instead of actual human corpses would attempt to gratify their claim that the ritual is benign. I would like to ask each member of the Committee what she or he might think upon learning that one's minister or church deacon was participating in such rituals. What would you think of any elected official of government or any CEO of a major corporation who is discovered to be a participant in such rituals? What would you think upon discovering that the President of the United States of America participated in this ancient Babylonian human-sacrifice ritual? Why on earth would anyone in his right mind wish to take part in a ceremony designed to help a grown man get past his conscience by re-enacting a human-sacrifice ritual performed before a large Babylonian owl god named Molech?

Yet, the bitter truth is that this human sacrifice ritual has been going on unabated in northern California for more than a hundred years, and many U.S. Presidents have participated.  That sordid fact should shock each of us to our innermost being.

There have been a number of magazine articles about Bohemian Grove, and some few books; but none have managed to pierce the general consciousness of Americans and Montanans in a way which could seem to make this reality strike home in a person's heart. No mere book or magazine article can convey the vivid reality of this sordid practice. Up until recently, we've had no real and convincing proof.

We now have that proof, and it is damning.

In July of the year 2000 AD, a radio talk-show host named Alex Jones, whose studios are located in Austin, Texas, operated with two British journalists to infiltrate the Bohemian Grove in northern California. They managed to carry into the grounds of the high-security encampment a concealed video camera, which they used to clandestinely film the exact ritual described above by G. William Domhoff. Since then, countless Americans and British citizens have viewed that film footage, which is available on Alex Jones' website, infowars dot com. 6

Most Montanans are aware that there are many sorts of insanity sprinkled about within the general American population, and we've all heard sordid tales from law enforcement regarding satanic cults, death-worship groups, black magic rituals, and, as in the case of the boys at West Memphis, Arkansas just a few years ago, even human sacrifice rituals. Some of these cults of idiocy are openly "satanic". I would not believe that until I viewed a film on which a former high-ranking FBI officer was interviewed. He had this to say:

"I was an FBI agent for twenty-seven and a half years. At the time of my retirement I was the senior special agent in charge of the FBI Los Angeles division. I have been qualified in the courts as an expert on cults and satanic ritual abuse. I have information from various sources that judges, law enforcement, prosecutors, attorneys, doctors.... are involved in these types of activities.

"If you go back two hundred and thirty-five years we have what we call the Illuminati that was established in 1776. And the goal of the Illuminati is to take over the world. One of the best ways of taking over the world is to control people's minds, and to take over a country through the control of the minds. So what is happening in America based on my research and my interviews with numerous individuals, is that the powers that be, the higher-ups, the people in the Illuminati are using the satanic cults as a means and as a tool to condition individuals and to make them victims of the mind control - the MK-ULTRA mind control program. You see, there are probably four million practicing satanists in America, based on my intelligence."

~

That, from a career FBI officer.

We are stunned each time this sort of wickedness and insane pathology surfaces in the news, but we write it off as the idiocy of only a few strange and deranged socio-paths, and we thankfully realize that such things are not any real part of "our America" but are instead merely the aberrations of some very few but very sick individuals. However, the people who enjoy the annual re-enactment of the "Cremation of Care" at Bohemian Grove each July are not just another isolated and rare group of misfit socio-paths. Keep in mind as you read the following that the "Cremation of Care" is a human-sacrifice ritual dating back to Babylon, and that the purpose of the ritual is to 'elevate' attendees above the limits of their individual consciences. "Care", as it is used metaphorically in this ritual, means "conscience". We may correctly think of it as a ritual evoking the spirit of the "Cremation of Conscience". The psychological paradigm has exactly that effect, as we shall now see.

Today's harbingers of ancient Babylonian human sacrifice rituals are, to our amazement and general shock, world leaders and American leaders. Their ranks include most American Presidents since President Taft. The American people are now in possession of photographs of Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, Bush 41 and Bush 43, and numerous other U.S. Presidents from both sides of the aisle, at Bohemian Grove. But not only Presidents attend. Governors of States, heads of industry, heads of media, heads of banking, and other wealthy and powerful men attend. As an example, consider that the year 2006 marks the twentieth anniversary of the membership in Bohemian Grove of Alan Greenspan, until this year the head of the Federal Reserve System, Inc. Foreign leaders have also been entertained at Bohemian Grove.

The heads of State, the heads of industry, the heads of media, the heads of education, the U.S. Department of Justice, banking dynasties, business, and numerous other arenas of today's social structures are present at Bohemian Grove each July, as they have been every year for more than a century. They participate in the ritual, either as part of the cast or part of the audience. They say it is just "theater", and they assure us that the corpse of Care is mere effigy, and that it therefore is nothing which should cause undue concern. To me, that is as ludicrous as a minister telling his church that the sacrament of atonement is mere effigy, mere symbolic re-enactment - the truth is that everyone in any church or temple who partakes of the sacrament believes that the symbolism signified by the bread and wine are indeed holy symbols alive with spiritual import. If it were not so, no church would conduct the sacrament. While I am not saying that the people who worship death before this Great Owl of Babylon and burn the effigy of a human sacrifice actually consciously believe in the ritual, the truth is that the ritual affects any mind, heart, and soul who participates. Were it not so, the Bohemian Club would not conduct the ritual year after year.

The date of G. William Domhoff's book from which I've drawn above is copyrighted in 1974. I would like to type in here now a sampling of the attendee roster for the Bohemian Grove's 1970 festivities, as included in his book. Please bear in mind that this sample year is indicative of the annual collective, year after year.

~Begin quoted passages from The Bohemian Grove And Other Retreats: a study in ruling-class cohesiveness by G. William Domhoff, pages 40 - 43.

There were 341 guests at the 1970 encampment. They came from all over the United States (34 states), as well as from Mexico (6), Japan (3), and Spain, the Philippines, England, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, and Hong Kong (one each). The greatest number were from New York City (79) and Washington DC (25). (...snip...)

Louis Lundborg, chairman of the Bank of America, had as his guest Gaylord A. Freeman, chairman of the First National Bank of Chicago. David M. Kennedy, former chairman of the Continental Illinois Bank and Trust Company, then serving as Secretary of the Treasury, was the guest of Rudolph A. Peterson, president of the Bank of America. J. George Harrar, president of the Rockefeller Foundation, was the guest of Frederick Seitz, president of Rockefeller University. Admiral Thomas H. Moorer, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was the guest of one of his bosses, Deputy Secretary of Defense David Packard.... A. Mims Thomason, president of United Press, was the guest of Jack R. Howard, president of Scripps-Howard Newspapers.

Nor are the several father-son teams surprising. For example, Edgar F. Kaiser of Kaiser Industries brought Edgar F. Kaiser, Jr.;  Henry S. Morgan of the preeminent investment banking house of Morgan Stanley & Co., invited Charles F. Morgan; William A. Patterson of United Air Lines, hosted William A. Patterson, Jr.; and Frederic H. Brandi of the investment banking firm of Dillon, Read brought James H. Brandi.

More intriguing are several of the government-business pairings. Paul Rand Dixon, chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, was the guest of oil man and Democratic fat cat Edwin W. Pauley. John D. Ehrlichman, until recently right-hand man to President Nixon, was the guest of Republican fat cat Leonard Firestone. Walter J. Hickel, Secretary of the Interior at the time, and deeply involved in negotiations concerning the Santa Barbara oil spill, was the guest of Fred L. Hartley, president of Union Oil, the company responsible for the oil spill.

The Club's board of directors has the right as a group to invite guests. Many of their guests were people in public life. Joseph Alioto, Mayor of San Francisco; Melvin Laird, Secretary of Defense; Alfred Nelder, Chief of Police in San Francisco; Peter J. Pitchess, Sheriff of Los Angeles County; Samuel Yorty, Mayor of Los Angeles; and Ronald Reagan, Governor of California. (Governor Reagan, a frequent guest at the Grove in recent years, used the occasion of the 1967 encampment for an off-the-record meeting with Richard M. Nixon, at which a political compromise was reached in regard to the race for the Republican presidential nomination: "In a private meeting at Bohemian Grove, in July of 1967, Reagan said he would step in only if Nixon faltered." - Gary Wills, Nixon Agonistes, Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1970, page 256.)

It is also interesting to look at the guests in terms of camps. Mandalay, already laden with some of the biggest names in corporate America, included among its guests Peter M. Flanigan, a partner in the investment banking house of Dillon, Read (then serving as a White House aide for foreign trade); John D. Ehrlichman; Thomas S. Gates, Jr., chairman of Morgan Guaranty Trust Bank; Amory Houghton, former chairman of Corning Glass Works; Henry Kearns, chairman of the Export-Import Bank in Washington, D.C.; David M. Kennedy, Secretary of the Treasury; Walter A. Marting, president of Hanna Mining Company; John G. McLean, president of Continental Oil Company; Andrew G. C. Sage, a general partner in the  investment banking firm of Lehman Brothers; and Dorrance Sexton, chairman of Johnson and Higgins, general insurance brokers in New York.

Question: How many of those names have we encountered in other letters which focused on other activities which affected U.S. domestic, foreign, economic, and cultural policy within the infrastructure of America's social institutions?

Weaving Spiders and Lakeside Talks

It could be surmised that the names listed above, being but a sample taken from the rosters of the 1970 gathering, may constitute not a wash-up of filthy pathology but instead a glaring reflection of a horror seen as in a mirror, a horror which shudders through vibrations of realization that this ritual is the habit of men who control the infrastructure of the national economy. Worse, that economy is what inspires and drives the imperialistic mechanism of intrusive governmental policy, which animates all far-flung federal agencies from enforcement to intelligence. It even overshadows the shadow government. And it is nested willy-nilly at Bohemian Grove every year enjoying a professionally rendered reenactment of the Cremation of Care.

One of the mottos of the Bohemian Grove states: "Weaving spiders come not here." That is to imply that the care-free members at the encampment do not dwell on business or politics, but entertain themselves with mere frolic and fancy. That is another lie which the Bohemian Grove promotes in its "public image". When Alex Jones confronted the longtime adviser to Presidents, Mr. David Gergen, at the 2004 Republican National Convention in New York City 7 and asked about policy-setting at Bohemian Grove, Mr. Gergen stated that members do not discuss policy there. Apparently, Mr. Gergen misrepresented the truth - as men without a conscience are known to sometimes do.

Here are some topics of the "lakeside talks" which indicate that Mr. Gergen was lying to Alex Jones. Here are some of Bohemian Grove's lakeside speakers, their status in the government or corporate arenas, the dates of their respective talks, and the topics of their respective talks as listed on the Bohemian Grove's program in recent years. These are furnished to the public by Mary Moore, who is an activist, a protest organizer against the Bohemian Grove's encampment, and the driving force behind the "Bohemian Grove Action Network", P.O. Box 296, Occidental, California 95465; phone (good as of 2003): 707-874-2248. More:

Between the Committee and myself as a Montanan, I simply would like to state for the record that I am not going to stand for this insanity by America's commerce, media, finance, and government, including the White House. In an effort to help the public come to know about this, I have passed around the Gallatin Valley numerous copies of the film footage shot in 2000 by Alex Jones, and shall continue every effort to advise the Montana public of this madness. I have attempted to speak about it over the radio via KMMS 1450AM in Bozeman, but was cut off, disconnected, by Dave Johnston, who at the time was one of the hosts on that station's afternoon talk-show, "Open Range". Dave Johnston thought I was crazy, did not believe that U.S. Presidents would attend such rituals, and quickly cut off my call to his radio show. As he hung-up on me he commented over the airwaves that he would not ask his listening audience to entertain such obvious insanity as I was attempting to convey. While he was bluntly rude to me, and although I am certain that the citizenry of Bozeman deserve the opportunity to discover for themselves this unholy madness practiced by our leadership, I also feel that I perfectly understand Mr. Johnston's reaction. Nobody in his right mind wants to believe that this sort of travesty happens in reality, in California. But it does happen - every July, year in and year out for over a century. For we citizens to face it is simply to face reality.

I feel that every American and every Montanan has a right to know that this sort of foolishness and wickedness is being practiced by their "representative"  leadership.

I certainly am not comfortable knowing about it. But I persist in trying to get the word spread around, and recently the film was shown publicly at Montana State University. The Bozeman Daily Chronicle covered the showing, and duly whitewashed it in their issue of Monday, February 27, 2006, on page A3. The article was under the headline: "Different Taste: Bad Taste Film Club shows odd, obscure movies for free". The article was written by Bozeman Daily Chronicle writer Brook Griffin. Mr. Griffin was not there to cover the specifics of the film, but merely to chronicle the fact that a local business, Bad Taste of Bozeman (406-585-8245) holds free movie screenings on the campus of Montana State University on Saturday nights during the regular school year.

I was at that showing. I had been discussing the film with the Bad Taste Film Club's organizers for months prior to the screening. I spoke with reporter Griffin prior to the showing, but he was less than interested in background on the particular film to be shown that night. His "story" was not the film, but the Bad Taste Film Club itself, and the fact that the club held free screenings at MSU. In the following Monday's Bozeman Daily Chronicle his article began with this:

Nearly 40 people sat in the darkened Procrastinator Theater at Montana State University Saturday night watching "documentary" footage of middle-aged men dressed in silver robes burning a human effigy before a 45-foot owl sculpture. Yes, it's absolutely true. "Dark Secrets: Inside Bohemian Grove" was the latest film shown by a little known and little understood movie fraternity in Bozeman known as the "Bad Taste Film Club".

I mention this event and the published article by Brook Griffin of the Bozeman Daily Chronicle simply to emphasize that the film exists, that it is real, and that it is being passed around the nation like wild-fire. The mainstream media won't touch it, for the most part, although it has been discussed on a few network programs and segments of the film have been televised world-wide on BBC. But the truth is that the film shows that world leaders including U.S. Presidents have been re-enacting this death-cult ritual for more than a hundred years, and until Alex Jones managed to sneak in there with a camera the sordid ritual had "plausible deniability". Now their ceremony of overcoming conscience as it is borne in the symbolism of a human sacrifice ritual is captured on film. I have furnished the Committee with a copy.

Written documentation of Bohemian Grove and its powerful membership abounds. One of the more colorful validations which shows what sort of powerful men frequent the place became public during the investigations into the "October Surprise" of 1980, when serious charges were levied stating that Republican Party members had made secret arrangements with Iran to assure that the U.S. hostages were not released until after the 1980 Presidential election. The charges were substantial enough to warrant a Congressional investigation. One of the targeted individuals was Reagan's Director of Central Intelligence (head of the CIA) William Casey. Casey's alleged alibi rested upon the determination of exactly which weekend he had attended the Bohemian Grove encampment. While the October Surprise is one of the more intriguing "conspiracy theories" of the era, we won't have space here to look into that can of worms except for noting that the Congressional investigation, as well as other investigations, yielded a heated debate about exactly which weekend Mr. Casey had been present at Bohemian Grove. Readers interested in the October Surprise may enjoy two books by Robert Parry. 8

What can this mean?

To answer that question, I would like to begin by asking another question: Is there anything "wrong" in America today?

Understanding the impact of secret societies in America for the past two centuries and beyond requires a keen curiosity and a relentless drive to investigate, to dig up the hidden facts, to unravel carefully-kept secrets. Could this be why so much American history has been deliberately suppressed?

Why Americans might wish to investigate the activities at Bohemian Grove is exactly the same reason Americans should wish to investigate the secretive Skull and Bones society at Yale University. Like Bohemian Grove members, the members of Skull and Bones seem to end up in very important seats of power on Wall Street and in Washington DC. As perhaps the best example, we recall that the two front-running candidates in the 2004 Presidential election were both members of Skull and Bones: John Kerry and George Walker Bush. Some Americans, the few who think outside the box, fretted that no matter who won the election, Skull and Bones would be the ultimate winner.

And as is the case with Skull and Bones, the members of Bohemian Grove engage in occult rituals and death-cult practices, just as Himmler's Nazi SS did. Can that sort of thing be healthy for the mentality of world leaders, the very men who have the power to wage wars, alter economies, dominate the mass media, affect domestic policies in their respective countries? Do we want a President who enjoys watching a mock human-sacrifice ritual before a Babylonian owl god after a good dinner with plenty of drink? Can we imagine any possible moral compromise which must be effected before a President who professes to be a Godly man can willfully participate in such an occult ritual? Does the presence of Bill Clinton, or George Walker Bush, or Ronald Reagan or Jimmy Carter at such rituals indicate the possibility of a conflicted mind in a President? Is a conflicted mind what we should wish to find in our President?

In previous letters to the Committee I have gone into some detail regarding the corruption which funded, after our Revolution, the expansion of the Ivy League campuses in New England with monies gained through opium-smuggling profits obtained in conjunction with British banking. Using the research of Webster G. Tarpley and Anton Chaitkin, I shared with the Committee the sick facts surrounding the Tory Houses of names such as Forbes, Delano, Russell, Edwards, Low, Weld, Pierpont, and etc. and their contributions to the Ivy League. We noted that their children and heirs were schooled in the Ivy League network for positions on Wall Street and inside the Federal government in Washington DC. We noted that the Russell Company of Boston became the biggest opium smuggling Tory business in New England and that W. H. Russell, after a trip to visit European bankers such as the Warburgs and Rothschilds and Schiffs returned to America and founded the Russell Trust at Yale University, and that the Russell Trust funded the construction of Skull and Bones' home at Yale, the mysterious building named "The Tomb".

In other letters I have documented the tax-exempt Foundations such as Carnegie, Ford, Rockefeller, Morgan, and etc. and I have touched lightly on their impact upon U.S. foreign and domestic policy as they funded the NEA, the AMA, the creation of the Federal Reserve System, Inc., the introduction of a Federal income tax, and as they  supported other private-sector think tanks such as the Council on Foreign Relations and ilk. We have seen that the Carnegie Foundation For International Peace directly funded Leon Trotsky in support of the Bolshevik Revolution in Czarist Russia to create the first communist state (Russia, the USSR).

Additionally, we have seen how men with access to Presidential ears have forged very dangerous policies using the Federal government to implement treasonous acts upon the American people. We recall that President Woodrow Wilson's closest and most-valued adviser was a Marxist-socialist named Colonel Edward Mandel House, and that Colonel House played a part in the effort to establish the League of Nations after World War I. We know that Colonel House also was involved in the creation of the CFR. We know that Henry Stimson (Skull and Bones) was the driving force behind President Truman's decision to drop atomic bombs on Japan in 1945. We know that Henry Kissinger had the ear of President Richard Nixon, and that Zbigniew Brzezinski held the ear of President Jimmy Carter. We now know that all of these "advisers", these mischievous if subtle masters of Statecraft, have worked together down through post-Revolution generations toward the establishment of a New World Order, a one-world government which would do away with the sovereignty of all nations, including the United States of America.

In Part Two of this letter we shall take a look at secret societies which operate here in America and at the highest levels of government in numerous foreign nations. We shall continue to ask: "Is there anything 'wrong' in America?"; and we shall discover what darkness lies at the heart of our ills.

In Liberty,

Elias
