It is so obvious the judges and DA's work together in these small (Baker, Malheur,Union) counties and many money hungry state paid defense attorneys whom clients have no chance at all but "GUILTY". Not very many people can afford to pay for an attorney like Gerber who wasn't afraid to speak up for her client. To actually defend him.
