These types of bogus charges go on in Jefferson County Texas more than people realize. Law Enforcement are allowed to lie and entrap you in any way possible. Has anyone ever heard of Conspiracy? Yes, conspiracies go on in Jefferson County Texas. Involving the police all the way up to the Judges sitting in that Courthouse! They've sold their souls to the Devil and do nothing more than conspire together to "Get Convictions"! It's all about Money, Power & Prestige, when it should be about Truth & Justice! First of all Matthew Cherry was not placed on "Adjudicated Probation"

Second, the probation violation Cherry fled to Honduras to avoid was the commission of a new felony offense, not some insignificant technical violation.

Third, by watching the Hartman video you can see that Hartman did NOT wait until there was a break in proceedings to try to approach the bench.

Fourth, you apparently know little of sexual misconduct as very few sexual offenders are classified as pedophiles. Dr. Gripon does not have sex offender treatment specialization. You might check his criminal record and find out what happens to all his DWIs.

I notice if the story is about a wrongful sex charge. No matter if it's a wrongful charge by the criminals in the criminal justice system. People don't know how to respond to it, the lack of posting makes that clear. Understand, the criminals in the system know this and count on bogus sex charges to poison the matter. After the outrage settles once one has read this story. The reality of our world settles in and one wonders, where can people who have been criminally attacked by the system go to for help to find justice.
The answer is, there isn't any place but in the here after. This is a sinners world that is corrupted by evil people. No justice will ever come to the people involved in this story and something like this can happen to just about anyone. The best thing anyone can every do is refuse to trust anyone who is a government employee. Never, never no matter what, talk with police or any government employee. Get a lawyer some way some how. But always make it known, "I have nothing to say to you without my lawyer present". No matter how scary the threats are, the situation will be much worse if you talk to government employees.

It is imperative that anyone forced to deal with any law enforcement personnel
SAY ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
until they have a lawyer by their side.

Even then, the quality of the lawyer is highly in question unless you have prior experience or interaction with that lawyer.

Regardless of what the LEOs say, or do, to you, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you say anything to them except that you want your lawyer.
Court appointed lawyers are exceptionally over burdened with cases and are usually of little help.
The system is designed to encouraged you to plea bargain your rights away to get out of confinement and to return to your form of employment so as to not lose even more time and money than you are being extracted from you.
Unless you have a great deal of time and wealth, you may never receive what was formerly know as 'justice'.
Hopefully, the father of the initial 'victim' will rot in hell for what he caused to and innocent young man and his family.
