Watch and see, the warning of, going to a well lighted and public area, will be what woman should do, not men. Never mind his wife was in the car with him. Now, it's deal or railroad time to keep a civil lawsuit out of the courtroom. A change of venue would be the smart thing to do at this point. The system knows the citizen has been wronged but so what. This is yet another case in point that shows the contemptuous demeanor people in government have for citizens. The 3 largest lies now days are: 1, government is there to serve the people or we are from the government and we are here to help you. 2, traffic tickets are all about public safety. 3, a person can get their fair day in court. Explaining that because many don't understand. A courtroom is a closed Union shop, the lawyers are all union members of the BAR. And lawyers have not allowed a "true bill" in any inditements in any courtroom for over a hundred years.

I've seen the same kind of thing here in Utah: Police officers telling people to drive to the "nearest lighted area" or to an "more populated area" to verify the identity of the person pulling them over.

Every time I've heard this, I've turned to my wife and said, "That's absolute bulls**t. There's no way a cop will wait for you to drive 1, 2, 5 or any number of miles so that you'll feel safe. You're more likely to end up arrested or, worse, shot dead from trying to pull this stunt."

Unfortunately, I have heard others who have spouted the same kind of baloney back to me. This careful regurgitation really irritates me.

I appreciate your efforts to demonstrate the near constant hypocrisy of those who are clothed in the robes of the state's priesthood.
