The camp has as many as 15,000 people who have built semi-permanent winterized shelters. They are told to be gone by December 5 or be dealt with by the Morton County Sheriff&#39;s Department, National Guard, and willing LE volunteered from other counties and states. An added factor includes the arrival of possibly up to 2,000 Veterans to stand with the Water Protectors at Oceti Sakowin on December 4. At the moment central North Dakota along the Missouri River is experiencing its first major snow storm predicted to continue through Wednesday night with up to 18 inches of snow on the ground. The nearest exit road north to &#39;civilization&#39; from the camp is blocked by LE, armored vehicles, razor wire, and lots of young guys looking forward to using their issue of &#39;less than lethal toys&#39; against the &#39;rioters&#39;. The only route from the razor wire and militarized LE is onto the Reservation where there are NOT adequate services for so many. I&#39;m wondering if this isn&#39;t a practice run for the rest of the country. People are barricaded for nearly a month from accessing a state highway to the nearest emergency services with razor wire,cement walls, sound cannons,armored vehicles,National Guard, and 100&#39;s of riot cops volunteered from across the United States. Sunday night was all out &#39;non-lethal&#39; war against people barricaded on a public highway bridge - 20 feet away from LE using a whole arsenal of less than fatal toys, although one elder went into cardiac arrest, several people experienced convulsions, loss of bladder &amp; bowel control, were soaked with high powered water hoses in 26F temperature, had multiple blunt force injuries from rubber bullets, and at least one horrific wound from a concussion grenade that blew off most of a 21-year old woman&#39;s forearm. These are unarmed, peaceful people trying to keep their Missouri River community water from being contaminated by a 30 inch pipeline carrying crude oil 1/2 mile from their water uptake.
