Being wages are a trade off of time or part of a persons life. When does the 13th Amendment passed in 1867 apply? At what point in taxing a person's life in terms of their limited time alive in this life on earth stop? How many lifetimes do federal taxes on wages represent over the course of taxing wages only. Would it be equal to half of the US population today, say 165 million people? Why would that number of lifetimes be any different than slaves in the fields making a profit for the plantation owner. In all fairness there were many black slave owners, a known fact that is taboo to talk about. Being it's taboo to have an open and honest discussion on this topic, then the topic has nothing whatsoever to do with justice in any form, but to propagandize a scam to steal people's wages, part of their lives. A textbook example of an oxymoron.

Of note is that the NAACP was in 1909 founded, not by black Americans, but by a clutch of Khazarians and one mulatto black, Du Bois. The NAACP was then headed for the next 66 years by Khazarians (Look it up).

This Khazarian founded and funded NAACP competed with the black founded, and run, Niagara Movement. And in competition to the Harvard educated black American William Monroe Trotter's Black National Equal Rights League (NERL). Both competing movements were then marginalized until they evaporated away.

Only once American society was well undermined by racial division, and all Americans' property and Liberty seized via the Civil Rights Act, did the Khazarians relinquish control of the NAACP. The price for black Americans was steep, as, instead of Liberty from the oppression of unequal treatment before he law, they were pressed back into bondage, this time to the US tyranny.

The other outcome of the Khazarian NAACP was the burying of the fact that Khazarians were the majority of the African slave traders, slave ship owners, and slave owners in the Americas (Look it up).
