It's possible that my adrenals are burned out. My symptoms match those listed in this Margaret Durst article at Mason County News. She recommends quitting caffeine, nicotine, and sugar, eating protein for breakfast, B vitamins, especially B5 from Royal Jelly, and extracts of animal adrenal glands. Healing takes time. [lew]
