In response to the last comment, Bill Ruger and family are gone...the company is run by a new, fresh set of folks, and I'd like to think they are playing catch-up, but trying to make amends...and Rugers are noted for being rugged...they feed just about anything you care to throw at them, unlike some other firearms out there that are picky about ammo types or brands...if you want fancy, go for it...if you want something that works, buy Ruger (and no, I don't work for 'em, but I do own a couple!).
