10/18/2001: Mass News - Concord Man Continues Gun Licensing Fight - Alec Costerus had his guns stolen by Massachusetts police back in December of 1999, as reported in the story Concord Police Sued for Taking Gun of Homeowner. On September 26, he filed a brief, which he hopes will be heard by the Supreme Court. He not only wants his guns back along with a license to own them, he wants Massachusetts' new (since 1998) gun licensing law declared unconstitutional. I wish him luck on both counts.
