I am in the process of filing a malpractice suit against my first attorney Robert Chesbro of Williamstown. Attorneys think they will never get sued because they have an unwritten code that they will not sue each other. I have learned how to do it myself. If I have a question we have a friend who went to law school. When he finished he said to himself, "I don't want to work with these slimebags." So he became an electrician. I am working on the brief right now and when it is finished I will e-mail it to you. I want to make sure that this man can never hurt another person. Anyone who wants help with civil suits against any government agent who harmed you call me. I also will show you haw to use their own laws to seek justice. Of course these are laws no attorney will tell you about.

I am also suing the trucker's attorney, Robert Carnes, who was seen meeting with his client and the DA before the mock trial. This is called collusion and is illegal. It is obvious they were cutting a deal,that if he would change his testimony, yet once again, the charges against him would be dropped. Suborning perjury is also a crime, punishable by prison time. Of course it is the district attorney's responsibility to prosecute people who are guilty of that which is unlikely because she is the one instructed them to do it. Of course she or he would then have to prosecute themselves and we all know that will happen when pigs fly. So when the truckers commits his next violent act against a woman you can thank the State police, Robert Chesbro, Gerard Downing and Kelly Mulcahy. Of course next time and there will be a next time he will be more violent because he got away with this. I guess those I mentioned have no concern for the safety of their wives and daughters. The trucker is in your town at least twice a week. We hired a private detective last year and learned that he is a criminal with outstanding warrants. The district attorney and the state police have had that information since last summer. Haven't we all been silly? We've been thinking all this time that it was us that took and oath to protect us. I guess they are living up to their oath because they knew it was to serve and protect criminals.

An attorney recently set up an organization called Jail for Judges. Mass has yet to have a chapter. I have been searching for a man near Boston who has been working on it. I highly recommend their web page. www.jail4judges.org. So for all those citizens who live in Berkshire County who are at a loss as to how to regain your freedom, you can step up to the plate and form your own chapter. All the groundwork has been done for you. The philosophy of the group is to expose and prosecute corrupt judges. They also work to get the laws changed so judges are elected by the people not appointed as political favors by corrupt politicians.

Lots more is coming up as many people have been working behind the scenes to find ways to not only take back North Adams but Berkshire County then on to the Commonwealth and the nation. I'm sure in the near future they will be received as welcome guests on Sling Shot.
