I would appreciate it if you would forward my writ of mandamus directly to the sitting judge in Superior Court in Franklin County. I'm pretty sure the clerk, Miss Doris Doyle never gave it to him. Once again, my motion was denied but was not justified by an opinion as is required by law. Should I ask for an appointment with the judge and hand carry the motion to them?

During the nightmare of false charges brought against me, I received two letters at my home that were stamped with Judge Ripps name and they were totally inappropriate. Judge Ripps would never do that. Any letter that he would have written he would have sent to my lawyer. I believe they were written by the clerk who has access to his stamped signature. These examples of abuse of power and forgery could be eliminated by locking all stamps up in a safe place that only the judge could access and prosecute the clerks who forge their name. I believe that is illegal.

In a perfect world we would expect the clerks to have integrity but it is obvious that is not true in Berkshire or Franklin County. I would also appreciate knowing what point you at are in dealing with my complaint. I know you are a busy man and probably are overwhelmed with complaints. It would help me to know where my complaint sits in the pile.

At this point it is obvious that District Attorney Capeless is going to continue to ignore me and my motion for indictment regardless of the fact it is illegal to do that. I respectfully request that you arrange to have a prosecutor from a county other than Franklin or Berkshire convene a Grand Jury to hear the indictment.

I just spoke to someone in the clerk's office and she told me they have NO judge. If they have no judge how could my motion be denied? Why wasn't my motion send back with a letter telling me what other options I have when there is no judge? Justice delayed is justice denied. Who had the authority to deny my motion if there is no judge there this month?

Respectfully yours,

Linda Hamilton
