Dear Gregory:

I am requesting that you withdraw any motion for a new trial or a change of venue. I am convinced that there is not a court or judge in the Commonwealth of Mass. that is not corrupt. The only motion that I will entertain is a revise and revoke. If it is denied I will not be able to serve on a Grand Jury in April thus increasing the violations of my civil rights.

The only way to win this battle is to start filing criminal and civil charges. We know a paralegal who we believe will help with much of the work. Being as how you apparently are in communication with Mr. Chesbro you might tell him I will consider holding on the ten million dollar lawsuit against him if he will come forward and tell the truth. You might also tell him I was aware, and have proof, of every time he lied to me going back to last summer.
