Dear Mr. Gray:

I do not acknowledge your letter dated March 18, 2005 as having any validity. I have no way of knowing if Justice Mulligan gave you thoses instructions. I will accept no letters from anyone unless it contains Justice Mulligan' signature (handwritten), not stamped.

I don't know how your dictionary defines personnel but Webster defines it as the body of persons employed in any occupation. If Judge Barbalunga isn't personnel what is he, an indentured servant? Have the documents and letters I have sent even been given to Justice Mulligan? None of the questions I have asked have been answered. Are you going to tell me he doesn't have the authority to answer questions? And why is it all over the internet from news clippings that Justice Mulligan has stated judges will face stiff discipline if found to be disrespectful and breaking the rules and committing crimes. Of course if anyone else does those things they would be behind bars. What is their penalty going to be, twenty jumping jacks?

Do a Google search for Judge Barbalunga. This guy has been a slime bag for many years. I am going to subpoena you to explain your letter to a jury in my malpractice lawsuit against Attorney Robert Chesbro. I am sure they will want you to explain why they are paying judges and attorneys who don't do their job.

Sincerely,

Linda Hamilton
