Criminals/Corruption

I have found an attorney who has the integrity and the courage to file civil suits against corrupt police, attorneys, and judges. This was not an easy task as most attorneys are corrupt. I did not want to reveal this publicly before but the trucker had multiple aliases, social security numbers and outstanding warrants for his arrest. The state police, assistant district attorney Kelly Mulcahy and District Attorney Gerard Downing all knew this and did NOTHING about it. So the fact that he is still on the highways able to harm others is their responsibility. I encourage anyone who has had their civil rights violated to file a civil suit against the state and local police. Maybe if the Mayors and boards of selectpeople get hit with enough of these they will start doing their job of overseeing the police and getting rid of the bad ones.

I have been in contact with other people across the State who have been victims of crime and corruption and are fighting back. They all responded to the horrible evil act when America was attacked in the same way. The terror that Americans are feeling is how we have felt ever since we were violated by criminals and a corrupt injustice system-sometimes it overcomes you for minutes sometimes for days. But none of us had the outpouring of support from other Americans. As a matter of fact it was the opposite. The "I don't want to get involved syndrome."

I recently retreived my file from my second attorney. In it is multiple example of evidence that my first attorney Robert Chesbro was working in colusion with the District Attorney and the two clerks in the North Adams Court to harm me and violate my rights. It contained documents I had never seen but had my forged signature on them. One was a request to move my case Pittsfield, which I never asked for. You see they had to get it out of Judge Michael Ripps court as he is a man of integrity and was protecting my rights.

Among many of the horrible things that happened to me was that my phone and the phone of a friend of mine who happens to be a state trooper was tapped without a warrent. They removed the tap when I started telling everyone who called me to first say hello to the boys and girls from the state police who are listening in. I don't know how many taxpayer dollars were spent on that particular illegal act but I do know it must have been very boring duty to listen in. While they were tapping the phone of a lawbiding citizen they should have been spending the time listening to conversations of possible terrorist.

If our liberties had not been infringed by this government that is out of control there would have been armed citizens on those planes and this terrible tragedy would never have happened. Injustice will not be destroyed until those who are not affected by it are just as outraged as those who are.
